I was sort of bloated and felt some burning in my chest after dinner. Then I had some yakult some time after. Now I was hungry and I ate daddy's pineapple tart which is so delicious but I feel better!

For brunch, I had chicken rice and milo. I felt sick while eating it but I think it’s all in my head seeing as I dislike this particular kind of chicken rice. My dad sliced oranges and offered me some. For dinner, my mum cooked red rice, steamed fish, stirfry cauliflower and braised black sauce fatty pork. I had some chrysanthemum tea with it. I feel generally fine today except for some lightheadedness here and there but it’s normal for the past few days anyway.

Today I had cheechongfun for breakfast. It had a savory oyster sauce with mayou oil and I don’t like the oil nor the kueh but oh well I’m a good girl and I ate it. About two hours later, I had tuna bread and milo. I had dinner round 7 and had stirfry mushroom with meat, otah with egg, and kangkong. Plus red rice.
Yesterday, I went to daddy’s house and had some pork floss ham bread with milo for breakfast. For late lunch, I had halal fishball noodles from his nearby foodcourt. It was fine but not very delicious. For late dinner round 2030, we had atas yoshinoya for dinner.

For brunch, I had milo and mixed rice (tofu, fish and baicai). My tummy started feeling weird halfway through the meal. I was eating very well and hungry but halfway through I was hit with a feeling of queasiness. Still somewhat feeling it now. Like I ate something bad. Oh well. I can feel my heart beat in my chest. Just now when I was lying on the bed, my heart beat quite strongly and I could feel my body shake with it slightly. I hope I'm fine and my body is too.
My appetite hasn't been good lately. I felt sick eating my banmain halfway through last night. I didn't finish it.

Today I cooked two packets of instant noodles with an egg for lunch and I regret cause its so much and I was so full and now when I see food I feel sick. Doesn't help that I felt kinda bad after eating yogurt yesterday. Today I have been lazing around all day. My lowkey anxiety is still here. I still feel kinda weak and have been dizzy the whole day. My discharge seems lesser but at the same time it's still thick and if you flick it, it will fall off your undies just like that. Literally like semi dry cream cheese. It's also white. I don't smell anything though. And I don't really have any itching anymore. However! There was a bit of mild burning pain down there for a short period in the afternoon but it went away pretty fast. Now it's just tingly but I don't know if it's my anxiety thinking up ideas, a super super mild itch or like I have been naughty and looking at playtime things so it could also be that.
For dinner, I had home cooked food. White rice, canned meat with white cabbage, stir fry mushroom with meat and onion egg with something idk. I'm full and it's nice!

I had Bulgaria yogurt and milo cereal to help cure my possibly yeast infection. It was watery and very bland with a touch of sourness. That was round 00:24 but now my tummy feels funny and really sick. I hope I will feel better soon. Today I felt faint and weak the whole day and I am lowkey anxious for no reason.
For breakfast today, I had leftover offerings from yesterday. Chicken, duck, rice and veg with curry and fishball soup. For teabreak, I had milo and lots of fish crackers and a slice of daddy's walnut cake.

I had porridge for breakfast. Inside it was fish, fried tofu and some meat. I drank half a smol cup of milo. For lunch, I had a whole tender grill chicken burger, some fries a few rings and some coke. For dinner I ate fishball noodles. I'm having a few mouths of ovaltine but I think I'll go and drink something else cause this sucks.

I had breakfast and lunch together - mixed vegetables rice with vegetable juice. For dinner, I had ban mian. It was so salty. My tummy feels okies but I feel a little sick still. And smol queasy but it's fine.

Earlier round 4 plus I had some food that my auntie prepared and my mum took home for me. It was rice, meehoon, fried tofu, leek with tofu and prawns, fried minced meat squares, chicken, curry chicken and chicken wings. I ate about half of it and had a cup of vegetable juice. I drank some water in between the hours until now. I just had the runs again but I didn't have any tummy aches.

I had milo and some milk bread for breakfast at 11 plus. Unfortunately, I now have tummy pains and the runs. My throat still feels persistently dry but otherwise I'm doing somewhat fine. My nose is still a little sore when I move it though. Maybe I have been too rough with it.

I had wet rice for dinner and a cup of vitamin C! My throat feels persistently dry and my ears are sort of mildly blocked and my body is aching in places like my hip and my foot and stuff and my nose is running a little. Other than that, I'm fine and awake!

I had milo and bread for breakfast round 8 plus. Then I had mee goreng for lunch at 12 plus. Then I had milo and bread again at 4.30 pm in the afternoon after my shower. Bb felt really sick and nauseous just now but is generally feeling that the whole day. Now lying in bed resting.
