Evasione fiscale, Giovanni Dorbolò assolto da quasi tutte le accuse

L'imprenditore cividalese è stato condannato per la sola evasione di 165mila euro di Iva

Era accusato di aver evaso, grazie a fatture false, più di un milione e 800mila euro di Ires e oltre mezzo milione di euro di Iva. L’imprenditore cividalese di 43 anni Giovanni Dorbolò, il cui nome è legato alla produzione di energia elettrica rinnovabile, è stato assolto da gran parte delle accuse e condannato dal Tribunale di Udine a 2 anni e 6 mesi di reclusione solo per l’evasione di 165mila euro di Iva. Il giudice Paolo Milocco ha disposto la confisca di beni pari all’importo evaso.

Stando alle imputazioni, in qualità di rappresentante legale della fallita Energy Lab, Dorbolò inserì fatture false nelle dichiarazioni Ires e Iva del triennio 2014-2016. Il Tribunale lo ha assolto per 7 capi d’imputazione su 9, riconoscendolo responsabile solo per l’Iva relativa al 2015.

Condannati a un anno e 6 mesi ciascuno, con il beneficio della sospensione condizionale, anche tre amministratori delle società che emisero parte delle fatture contestate: Attilio De Colle, 64 anni, Cristina Abramo, 60 anni, entrambi di Pasian di Prato, e Alberto D’Ambrosi, 50 anni di Brugnera. Altri due amministratori di società sono stati assolti.

“Siamo molto soddisfatti – dice il difensore di Dorbolò, l’avvocato Stefano Buonocore – del risultato raggiunto, con l’assoluzione con formula piena del nostro assistito per quasi tutti i reati. Nell’istruttoria – conclude – è emerso come non vi sia stato un complesso meccanismo di fatturazioni false nei diversi episodi.”

"Bellabeat je najvrjednija kompanija u portfelju investicijskog fonda Nordic Eye. Postali su jednorog, vrijede 3,5 milijarde dolara. Prihodi u 2022. su im iznosili 525 milijuna dolara. Bellabeat već danas posluje s dobiti."

Rekao je to u ožujku ove godine za jedan danski portal Peter Warnøe iz fonda Nordic Eye, investitora u Bellabeat. Warnøe je, čini se, redovito u medijima predstavljao Bellabeat kao zlatnu koku Nordic Eyea, onu jednu investiciju koja fondu donese i 10 ili više puta veći povratk uloženog. Nordic Eye je, hvalio se, otkrio Bellabeat 2018. godine kad su u njih uložili između 4 i 5 milijuna dolara jer su ih prepoznali kao još relativno mali, ali vrlo obećavajući startup. U međuvremenu su ulagali sve više, ukupno oko 62 milijuna dolara. Ispravno, tvrdi, jer Bellabeat je 2018. vrijedio 50 milijuna, a danas vrijedi oko 3,5 milijarde dolara, a Nordic Eye posjeduje udio od 20 %.

Novi hrvatski jednorog?!

Što bi značilo da je Bellabeat postao jednorog i da je Sandro Mur bio u pravu kad je najavljivao upravo to!

Ali, zašto to nisu nikome rekli? Posebno ako znamo da Bellabeat i Sandro Mur uglavnom nisu zazirali od komuniciranja impresivnih brojki i dobrih vijesti hrvatskim medijima.

Koliko te impresivne brojke i vijesti “drže vodu” godinama je predmet rasprava na hrvatskoj startup sceni – posebno jer su informacije o “napuhivanju” brojki dolazile i od bivših zaposlenika. Za neke sad znamo, zahvaljujući danskim novinarima dnevnih novina Berlingske, koji su krenuli su istraživati koliko ima istine u tome što govori Warnøe. A i tome što govori Mur.

Priča je započela člankom u kojem su novinari Julie Schneider, Mette Dalgaard i Nicholas Vorre pod povećalo stavili neke od brojki i podataka koje u javnosti navodi Bellabeat, s tezom da je “Bellabeat preuveličao svoja postignuća”.

Koliko milijuna korisnica?

Za početak su provjerili informaciju koja je još donedavno stajala u opisu Bellabeatove aplikacije Period Diary u trgovinama aplikacijama – i koja još uvijek stoji na Bellabeatovoj web stranici: da aplikaciji “vjeruje više od 50 milijuna žena”.

Uz pomoć servisa koji procjenjuje broj preuzimanja aplikacija utvrdili su da se Bellabeatova preuzima između 10 i 30 tisuća puta mjesečno te Sandru Muru postavili pitanje – ima li Period Diary doista 50 milijuna korisnica?

Mur im je odgovorio da je to marketinški uobličen tekst i da se brojka od 50 milijuna odnosi ukupno na sve interakcije koje su ikad imali s korisnicama na svim kanalima, uključujući i newsletter ili društvene mreže. Nakon posjete danskih novinara Zagrebu, taj marketinški tekst je promijenjen u rečenicu da aplikaciji “vjeruju žene diljem svijeta”.

Nisam rekao, ipak jesam, bio sam mlad i naivan

Za razliku od danskih, hrvatski novinari su s vremenom navikli Murov kreativni pristup brojkama i izjave o desecima milijuna prihoda, stotinama tisuća narudžbi i prodanih primjeraka (ili priču kako su zaposlenicima platili sve troškove da tijekom ljeta rade s Kanara) uzimati sa zrnom soli. Pa su Danci ozbiljno shvatili podatak iz intervjua na televiziji N1 iz 2016., kad je rekao da je Bellabeatov mjesečni prihod 5,5 milijuna dolara te da će Bellabeat postići valuaciju od milijardu dolara, odnosno steći status jednoroga, u 2018.

Mur je prvo tvrdio da to nije rekao pa – suočen sa snimkom – rekao kako je ta izjava bila plod odličnog početka godine i prevelike samouvjerenosti da će poslovanje samo rasti.
