Someday I’ll finally get my act together and make a full-fledged piece, but for now I’ve finished painting this fresco (although it looks like it’s written on fabric).

Maybe you have ideas or screenshots of cutscenes from the game for the next mini-illustrations in this style?

I liked drawing in the fresco style, so I sketched another scene on paper

this is just a draft version for now, maybe later I’ll do this work in digital

why does Heimdall eat apples

I have a tiny theory about why Heimdall constantly eats apples.🍎

Heimdall looks quite young compared to the other Aesir gods (not counting Thrud and the rest of the children).

In Scandinavian mythology there is a goddess Idunn, the keeper of wonderful rejuvenating apples.

“From her inexhaustible casket, Idunn distributed golden apples, thanks to which the gods maintained eternal youth.”

Of course, it is not mentioned in the game, but this does not mean that it is not there at all.🤔

Maybe Heimdall just really doesn't want to grow old? Or he just loves apples…
