Jamin Davis Avoids Jail Time on Reckless Drive Charge

Washington LB Jamin Davis entered a guilty plea in Loudoun County Circuit court Friday and won’t face jail time for a misdemeanor reckless driving charge. Instead, Davis had his driver’s license suspended for six months, was fined $2,500, and had to pay $176 in court costs.
