Im in a toss up if I should have Venus be a kappa that lived around the time of feudal Japan or be a kappa that’s relatively young and went back to the golden age of Yokai(feudal Japan) through time travel.

Basically are the kappa in the scroll from Ninja Turtles 3 or do they travel back and experience the plot of Ninja Turtles 3.
