I used to work for somebody like this. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought that the writers of this show met and modelled this boss after the she-beast (yes, it turns out, gender equality also applies to being a bad boss).

Even their reasoning is the same. Like sure, you are paying EIGHT HOURS of my life to do work for you. But only those 8 hours. Any thing extra should mean double pay. Do I see any increase in my bank account yet??? 😑

How could it be balanced if you keep throwing a wrench on it? Seriously, I am having flashbacks of my time with the she-beast. They have the same leadership strategies. It is as if they truly believe that nobody would see them as "capable" if they don't run their teams to the ground.

In my old team, all the five members resigned within the span of two to three months from each other leaving the she-beast. That was the moment when the company realised that they have been losing the wrong employees and gave the she-beast a choice to volutarily resign or they will fire her for something.

I'm still voting to push this motherfucker in front of oncoming traffic though.

Eh. In a professional setting, if you are the host, then you should be ready at least 30 minutes before the actual presentation. Also, every member of the team should have a copy of the final presentation so the first one to arrive can help set it up.

This is simple. But yeah, I would be pissed off if I'm the client and the team that was supposed to be serving me isn't ready 😑

Sidenote: Due to health issues that stemmed from working in the lab, I did ventured into chemical sales. It was, by far, the most stressful work experience in my life. 10 out of 10 will never do it again 😅
