LOLL, HERE is my personified CGM idea that I was talking about..... 🌈 I'm NOT 100% satisfied with the execution of this but I like what I was going for...... I MUST admit that I mostly based them off of Dexcom because that's what I use. :P Not sure about other CGMs and their apps 💧!!!! Motifs/details under the cut! -_-

☝️ Pictures mostly for reference so you kinda know what I'm talking about but the base of the shoes are based on the "Time in Range" percentage bar graph thing in the app.

LOTS of arrows as you can see... LOLL Probably leaned too hard into that but it's cute to me.. Arrow pins on the leg warmers are based on arrows used to indicate which direction your blood sugar is going (not used in dexcom app but I saw it on other user interfaces and thought it was cute -_-). Also you can't even SEE the zipper but it is shaped like the dexcom glucose direction indicator so just take my word for it okay 🙏 LMAO. Red/Orange/Yellow arrows again based on blood sugar falling and rising. In my app, yellow is used for high sugars and red is used for low sugars.

Rounded white hair to kind of attempt to sort of half way resemble the dexcom pod that you attach to yourself. Blood hair pin because... It monitors your blood :9 Side note: One time I put my pod in and it started LEAKING blood. 😭😭😭 everywhere. Don't know what I did wrong LOL BUT that's kinda what I was thinking of when I added that, admittedly.

Black jacket and pants are sort of meant to resemble the CGM monitor device itself... like the black frame around the screen.... IDK HOW TO EXPLAIN IT LOLL But hopefully you see it. And the undershirt/turtleneck is meant to resemble the blood sugar graph. & lastly the black beaded necklace is based on the dots/points plotted on the graph itself......

OH and the megaphone is because -_- the app will play a very loud and very obnoxious alarm when your blood sugar drops too low or goes too high . I can appreciate why that is necessary but it always happens in the middle of the night or at the most embarrassing times possible for me LOLOL but anyway I think that's mostly it

I haven't played the game because it's admittedly not really my thing but I really admire the character designs and craftsmanship in D/ate Every/thing..... ❤️❤️❤️❤️ And I saw people were making OCs So I wanted to try to make a personified version of my CGM for fun. heehee ^_^ hee... These are obviously just concept notes right now, but I'm working on it 👍 I will inevitably post actual art of them later when I figure out wtf I want to do with their outfit. Most frustrating part . Grrr. and also it's funny when I was writing out their personality traits (in vague (but light hearted) annoyance) I was realizing that I was, in some ways, just describing myself. WOW! Much to think about LOLLLL.......

I saw this idea going around recently... It was basically which pokemon you identify with most? It's so hard for me to narrow it down because I'm indecisive 💢 But I think this is mostly how I feel... LOL. I'd be curious to know which ones you identify with too!
