Idk who needs to hear this, but there’s nothing wrong with you
And I don’t say this to encourage you to stay in a state that’s killing you up from the inside. Self-improvement is always a win when it’s born from self-love and self-respect, not a panicked scramble to fix yourself like a broken machine.
You don’t need to change anything about yourself to shift. Or to manifest. Not your depression, not your doubts, not your neurodivergence, nothing. All you need is to recognize your power. But you love to be told you’re wrong. That it’s your fault.
“You check the 3D too much,” so you crave someone to tell you, that’s why you’re not shifting, you did this to yourself.
You want someone to point a finger and say, “You’re not shifting because you keep doubting.”
“You’re not shifting because you don’t believe enough.”
“You’re not shifting because you’re wavering.”
“You’re not shifting because you’re too attached to the outcome.”
“You’re not shifting because you’re not disciplined enough with your methods.”
“You’re not shifting because you think you’re shifting wrong, so now you are.”
“You’re not shifting because you haven’t let go yet.”
“You’re not shifting because you haven’t decided to yet.”
“You’re not shifting because you’re doing too many methods, or not enough, or the wrong ones, or the right ones in the wrong way.”
“You’re not shifting because you’re not applying XYZ law.”
“You’re not shifting because you’re not trying hard enough.”
“You’re not shifting because you’re trying too hard.”
You want someone to tell you it’s your fault, because if it’s your fault, it means you can fix it. That if you just contort yourself enough, if you just get the formula perfect enough, if you just align perfectly enough, then reality will crack open and give you what you want.
And so you stay trapped in the punishment. You stay in the loop of “I must be wrong, I must be broken, I must be flawed,” because it feels safer than accepting that shifting is your natural state, that your awareness is the engine, that you’ve never failed to shift, that you’ve never been separate from your DR, that you never needed fixing in the first place.
Because if that’s true, then there’s no excuse left. If that’s true, then you have to admit that the only thing between you and what you want is you realizing you already have it.
And that’s terrifying. Because if you’re not broken, if you’re not wrong, if you’re not waiting for someone to save you with the “right” method, then you are free.
And it’s in that freedom that you end up making peace with yourself, right here, right now. You don’t have to. No one’s holding you to it. Peace is never necessary to get your desires. But it will happen naturally at some point
Because you are awareness, and you will have this awareness forever. But you hate yourself. You think you’re powerless when you aren’t.
You let methods, laws, bloggers, desires, all of it—be powerful for you. You let them decide your worth, your readiness, your ability, your timing.
You are the constant here, and yet you keep kneeling to the ever-changing. You let a shifting method tell you if you’re worthy of your DR. You let a Tumblr post decide if you’re “doing it right.” You let your desires become your gods, and your gods become your jailers.
The door was always unlocked, but you’d rather argue about the lock than touch the handle. Because if you open it, it’s just you.
You, the awareness that’s been here since the beginning, forever capable, forever deciding, forever free. And that’s terrifying, isn’t it?
In my opinion (me) (mine) (Clover) (my own opinion), sometimes the blockages you think are stopping you from shifting are actually your key to shifting and manifesting.
You’ve lived your entire life with the way your mind naturally focuses, wanders, resists, obsesses. And then you find shifting spaces telling you:
“You have to ignore your CR.” But maybe the way you see past the illusion is to stare directly at your CR, acknowledge it as a mirage, and claim your power as a master shifter here. Maybe for you, seeing the illusion is how you step into your DR.
“Don’t daydream too much.” But maybe the way your mind drifts and creates entire realities in your head, is exactly how you focus.
“Don’t waver.” But maybe your doubts, your spirals, your racing thoughts are not chains but fuel. Maybe the reason you spiral is because your mind is so powerful, it’s already showing you exactly what to clear out on your way through worlds.
“Don’t overcomplicate it.” But maybe you need your charts, your logic maps, your wordy breakdowns, your layers of understanding before you can let go. Overthinking is only a curse if you believe it is; otherwise, it’s your tool for piercing illusion.
“Don’t script too much.” But maybe scripting is your ritual. Maybe your endless pages of stories, your color-coded Notion spreadsheets, your carefully chosen fonts are your gateway.
“Stop checking for results.” But maybe checking for results and not seeing them is the first step to you realizing how impossible it is that you “don’t have them yet.”
“Just act as if it’s already yours.” But maybe you can’t do that yet, and it’s okay. Because you can still observe that you are the kind of person who gets what they want, who shifts, who manifests, who always figures it out, even if you don’t “have it yet.” And that is, in itself, not acting but realizing that it’s already yours.
“Don’t use methods, just decide.” But maybe you like methods. They help you focus, give you a sense of ritual, make it fun, and the fun is the key.
“You need to fully believe.” But maybe you’re allowed to not fully believe. Maybe belief grows in the soil of testing it out, letting your actions prove your mind wrong, again and again.
“Don’t try too hard.” But maybe you’re a try-hard by nature. Maybe your fire, your desperation, your want is what cracks reality open, not what holds it shut.
You get told your mind is the problem—too loud, too soft, too imaginative, too skeptical. You get told your blockages are the reason you’re stuck. But what if they’re not?
What if your “blockages” are breadcrumbs your awareness leaves for you to follow, back to the door you’ve been searching for?
What if your way—the way you naturally are—is the map you’ve been seeking?
Shifting is not about crushing yourself into someone else’s mold, playing by someone else’s rules, or suffocating your instincts in the name of “discipline.”
It’s about becoming more yourself than you’ve ever been. So maybe don’t change yourself, but change the way you view that person. Because you’re powerful. You always have been.
I don’t guarantee my words or methods will make you shift. I don’t guarantee they’ll resonate with you. But this is what I wish someone told me way back when I started manifesting, not even shifting yet.
So, as a firm believer in “one man’s trash is another man’s gold,” someone out there needs to hear this.

before i fully shifted for the first time a few months ago, i would get so unimaginably angry when i would have a "failed shifting attempt". my momentum would be so spoiled, my motivation would be shot and i felt like the universe just decided i was a lost cause and left me behind. it didnt, it was just waiting for me to figure out why it was put on pause.
this is why i wasnt shifting. i was giving these negative emotions all the power in the world when i didnt get my desired results. i gave them a reaction, i validated them and made them into living breathing beliefs. i did not assume correctly. i had everything under a magnifying glass and paid TOO close attention to the 3D. and i was doing this for almost 5 years.
you. have. to. let. the. shift. breathe.
dont put it under a spot light, no surveillance, dont suffocate it. be the cool parent instead of the strict one. don't give it a curfew. let the shift manifest how it needs to without you giving it a criteria of when. feed it intention, bury it in stubborn persistence and follow its lead. the shift knows whats it doing. i promise.
i know you're excited. i know you're frustrated. i know you just want to get out of here. use that for motivation, a reason why, and then step back and let the magic happen.
doing this took off the impossible pressure i was battling with for years. now this time when i would "fail", i actually felt even more motivated, more at peace, and actually trusted myself when i decided i was going to shift instead of the usual thoughts of, "yeah, well, you said you were gonna shift last night and you didn't". because it didn't matter. yesterday has nothing to do with today, but your intention has everything to do with right now.

hot take…
if you do a full blown shifting attempt one night for 45 minutes and then the very next night you simply say “i’m shifting” and roll over, you still are capable of yielding the same amount of success. “half assing” your attempt won’t really matter if in the moment it COUNTS (when setting your intention) you have conviction. sometimes it takes us 45 minutes to feel conviction. sometimes it takes one second. either way—you’re progressing and all of it is valid.
the moment you feel obligated to do a full out routine when you really don’t want to, is the moment you begin overcomplicating shifting. i had to learn that the hard way. take off the all the stress guys.

i’ve started affirming that everything comes to me easily. and now… it does. like ??? things just land in my lap. no struggle. no hustle. i don’t have to lift a finger. i’m allergic to effort actually. my old boss literally reached out to me asking if i wanted to come back ?? doing less work ??! for more money ?!?!! be serious. and yes, this applies to shifting too. shifting is already handed to you for free. is there a fee you have to pay ? with what ?? sanity ? you're not chasing it, you're becoming it. assume things get handed to you. assume your reality rearranges itself to meet you halfway. because why would i “grind” and “hustle” when i was born to be fed grapes and fanned with palm leaves ????????

i can’t shift - why not?
i can’t manifest - why not?
i can’t access the void - why not?
shifting doesn’t exist - why not?
i’m never going to shift / manifest / get into the void - why not?
why not me?
why not now?
why not this time?
why not this breath?
why is the thought “i can’t” allowed to go unquestioned?
why is doubt treated as objective but desire treated as delusional?
and if you’ve been trying for a year. okay. why does that prove anything?
you’ve been alive for more than a year and that hasn’t stopped you from waking up again today.
a year isn’t proof of anything, though, it’s just time.
and time bends to attention.
you say, “i guess it isn’t meant for me.” why not?
who said that?
why does that voice get to narrate?

I actually swear on this, it doesn't matter who you are, how much symptoms you experience during each attempt, how you assume, also this post won't have any fancy or heavy words, to make this accessible for everyone.
I've hinted this before in my previous post. I named this "melt, mold and rise" method. This post will be in depth detail, covering every corner and doubt. It will feel like me walking you through shifting.
As the name suggests, this method is divided in three phases.

If you're a shifter, you're already familiar with what this entails. I just put a weird word to it, read ahead and it'll make much more sense.
What am i supposed to do in this step?
Shift in this reality. Don't reread that. sorry for the random cut off, but here is some important background you have to read before we move forward:
"If we were to ever talk about diagnosing the root of shifting "blockages" the first topic I'll bring up is that you almost always, attempt shifting here. So what happens is that shifting is no longer considered a multiversal travel in a snap but rather a ability this reality possesses. This reality is not your base reality but you sure do treat it like one. Sleep methods, dependent on sleep here. Awake methods focused on symptoms here. Subliminals, reprogramming your mind here. Without sounding like the biggest asshole for having shifted, all of these "precautions", "locking in", "robotic affirming" is the biggest most useless waste of time which only wears yourself out here and makes you lean into the hollow and grounded directions of this reality. This reality is not special enough to put it on this high of a pedestal. Are you telling me you can only shift if you please the terms and conditions of this reality? Let's save ourself the years of wait, seclude this reality, and your desired reality. Only you can grant mere realities the right of existence, through the key that is your consciousness.
Instead of satisfying realities, satisfy yourself. Instead of serving realities let realities serve you."
Tldr: the reason you're unable to shift is that you try to shift in this reality.
Why would I add this step if we are not supposed to do this?
We do have to get away from this reality. We simply move past this reality by adopting and completing the activities that we would do mindlessly while in desperation to shift, here.
What is the course of action in this step?
Affirm normally. Set an intention that you've shifted to your dr and make your brain go blank here. You can do this by focusing on the blankness behind your eyes. You can choose to repeat a mantra.. all the things you've heard and done before.
An important note to take: at this point, you've shifted out of this reality. Intention are direct instructions and firm decisions made by the consciousness. You can't argue with your consciousness.
Right at this stage you will feel resistance from your brain and body here. Do not get demotivated when your brain starts checking for symptoms, or when it demands proof.
With an intention you have certainty. Lightly rehearse the intention in your mind with confidence. Observe the struggle turning into acceptance. It will give in, once you don't give up.
This entire phase is only supposed to last for 3 minutes. You won't be keeping track of time. Time would have disappeared for you. For the sake of this post we are timing it.
This entire process would have last 3 hours. You shortened it by accessing your consciousness.
Now that you're not here...

Your awareness needs an outlet. Now that you've stripped it of the previous reality it was in its the perfect time to plug it in your desired reality.
You are there, but you will become aware of it in this step.
What is the course of action in this step?
Affirm, think, realise in whatever way you can:
"I have gained awareness in my dr."
Softly and gently guide your awareness to this reality. You don't force it because you have no reason to. At this point you're still in your dr, remember and hold onto that.
5 senses. Light visualisation. Adding context to how you ended up where you are currently in your dr. Twitch your fingers and toes as your dr self (< this is the premise of the "puppeteer method"), get ready to start your new day in your dr. You pick up your dr self from here. It's your territory now. You can drop the hyper vigilance if you'd like. Get comfy. It's alright if you acknowledge or excite over being there, just don't let that translate to excitement regarding almost touching the ground in your dr. The only logic that's valid in the multiverse are the actions your consciousness performs. We've intended we are in our drs. Don't invalidate logic.
You can start thinking like your dr self. It's up to you to determine if you're even thinking or you are just waking up groggy from sleep. Don't berate yourself or ever stop yourself when you think things aren't going according to plan. There is no plan. There is just plain and simple existence.
This phase should take you around 5 minutes.

Reality will trigger for you.
If you have a "feeling" that you're not in your dr, bring up the intention with force, like how you would recall any other truth of basic nature; like how grass is green. so that doubts feel stupid for doing their job.
You can also have a conversation with your consciousness, as strange as it sounds, your dr self can be made aware of the shift by your consciousness therefore solidifying the shift in your dr.
You can also have a conversation with your spiritual guide or ... God.
It will all tie together when the idea of the previous reality feels more unreal. You don't have to get overly celebratory, overly emotional. When the intention bounces along the walls of your consciousness, the previous reality has no power against it, considering you don't let doubts strip you of your right to be in your dr.
Any other figments of negative emotions and circumstances will dissappear.
Once you get clarity of your own command, you'll realise:
You brought yourself here, and you'd realise here that all you needed was yourself to shift. Literally.
Since you've shifted here, we are not keeping track of time even on text because your time in your dr is indefinite and up to you... duh.

The code to shifting is intend through your consciousness (not through your brain), the brain has no role in shifting. Your awareness is the turn of the key to your dr. You don't even have to properly align with your dr, simply because you are already aligned since before you were even born.
Utilise consciousness and awareness, that's all you need to do. Now let's stop the discourse of how to shift, at least I'll stop from my side.
I highly recommend lengthening the method if it suits you, just whatever keeps you comfortable.
Also, go try this out right now in the bathroom. On the contrary you can even shorten it up.

can we talk about how scary shifting can be sometimes. like yes I love my s/o. yes i am TERRIFIED of seeing them in person
yes i am excited to ride dragons. no i am not ready to feel the drop in my stomach when we go down.
yes i am excited to join spider society and meet my friends. Yes i am SCARED OF MIGUEL!!! And being beat up!! and fighting!!!
yes i love my band. No i do not wanna be interviewed.
i think it’s understated how scary shifting is!! it can be genuinely scary and has made me hesitate to even shift.
but it’s important to recognize the fact that it is scary! and not to deny that it is because when i finally said “yeah i am scared of seeing my partner no matter how much i love them” it felt like a relief!!
but remember not to let them hold you back. it’s scary, yes, but scary things always come with something good. It’s like the same reason people like horror games, because no matter how scary it is, the story can be amazing. Your fears shouldn’t overshadow the prize.
but the first step is acknowledging the fears.

okay so i’m genuinely distraught on this and i’ve read your page and you have a LOT of knowledge so who better to ask!
my problem is i feel so connected to my dr. genuinely like i feel like my dr self and i’ll watch videos related to my dr and be like “yeah and this is what i’d be doing”, but it feels like that’s all i get. i get to feel super connected but nothing more. i’ve been trying to shift since around 2022 and the most i’ve gotten is a dream. i know shifting is real. i believe that with my full heart. i don’t understand what’s holding me back from shifting? everyone keeps saying to “let go” and “let shifting happen” but nobody is telling us HOW…
reading this back i’m all over the place i’m sorry for that 😭

what does “letting go” actually mean?
first of all: you’re not doing anything wrong. you’re not broken, or blocked, or cursed. you’re not being denied shifting. you’re just…trying too hard. and i say that with love.
when people say “let go” in shifting, they don’t mean give up. they mean relax. release the tension. stop holding your breath around this. you don’t need to claw your way to your dr. you don’t need to beg your way there. it’s not a reward, it’s a decision.
“letting go” means trusting the process the same way you trust sleep. you close your eyes. you let your thoughts drift. you don’t sit there clenching your fits like “OKAY TIME TO SLEEP I’M READY WHEN IS IT HAPPENING”
no. you get comfortable. you breathe. and it just… happens.
shifting is the same. you don’t need to feel like you’re shifting. you don’t need a sign. you just need to choose it, and then let your mind do the rest. that’s it. you let go of needing it to look or feel a certain way.
quit asking “why hasn’t it happened yet?” because that’s a question that only manifests more waiting.
instead, try:
“i’ve already shifted”
“i don’t need to do anything else. it’s already mine”
“the shift has already unfolded”
so stop fighting the current like it’s out to get you. you’re not drowning - you’re floating. you’re being carried exactly where you want to go.

Choose you, fully, unequivocally, in mind, body and soul as you shift.
Your CR and DR may look different, new roles, new dynamics, new surroundings, but the inner work? The healing arcs? The experiences?
They’re still you.
Think of it like this:
🪞Your DR is a higher-frequency mirror.
• The same soul, less noise.
• Same heart, but in environments finally built to hold you.
• Your DR won’t erase your growth—it will continue it. But in a way that finally makes room for your light.
You’re not leaving yourself behind when you shift. You’re carrying yourself forward. As you settle into the shift, remember, you’ve done so much energetic and emotional prep that your mind is already anchored in your DR frequency. It knows the terrain. It’s been rehearsing the steps, conversations, exits, re-entries. But the body? The body is a beast of rhythm. It doesn’t just believe, it needs to feel safe.
So “easing the body into the shift,” means:
• Letting your nervous system know it’s not being abandoned, it’s being invited.
• Letting your heart rate slow enough to carry memory and belief in the same breath.
• Letting the breath become an anchor, not a chase.
• Letting your muscles and gut realize they’re not being asked to force a shift… they’re being offered permission to release into it.
Your body is the bridge. And bridges don’t teleport, they bend. They hum. They tremble under the weight of transformation until, click, a new form stabilizes. You’re not behind. you’re literally here. alive. breathing, doing your best even if it doesn’t look like much. that means something. existing at all is already motion. you’re already in it. the shift, the movement, the becoming. everything’s already moving!!! so why not bend the whole thing in your direction?? why not decide that things have already shifted???? you’re capable. you’re the proof of it. this version of you is all the evidence you need. everything is already blinking through. so breathe. you’re not chasing anything anymore. you’re remembering. you’re returning. remember how you never left in the first place, just forgot.

u can shift with doubts!!!! you can shift in public!!!!! you can shift without a script!!!! you can shift!!!!
i used to call my best friend almost every night before bed + update her on my shifting journey. she was a staunch nonbeliever and would tease me (lovingly) very often. until one day, she was meditating in p.e. class, and she started daydreaming about her favorite movie. and suddenly ??? she was there ???
she called me freaking out as soon as class let out and recounted the fifteen minutes that she traversed this fantasy world. she thought she fell asleep until she came back to consciousness (on the floor) (in p.e. class) and barely a minute had elapsed. you can't enter rem sleep that fast.
she did not believe. she did not have a script. she was not alone or asleep or affirming or doing reality checks. and yet, she had this incredible experience, that i believe to this day was a successful shift.
