The Radsters were Slider’s favorite gang among the people living in St. Raphael, not to mention, his father was one of them. He moved his nimble fingers across the keyboard, pressing them with agile, inhuman speeds as the keys clicked and clacked underneath it. The garage was open today, not for business, but for anyone who wanted some free service; for their hover-boards or cars, perhaps, a simple repair job. His short, brown hair was tied up in a low, small ponytail as he wore one of his father’s beanies.

Today was a mess, from what he heard, the Sentinels hired a black-hat who called himself the ‘Hacker’ and rumors were that he was actually a tiny, dumbass kid. Not that, he isn’t one either. Slider breathed in to sigh, skimming through the chatroom that one of his friends invited him into — Nezzie wanted him in on this, but he wanted to find his father and having a group would help that. It didn’t help that one of the members disliked him, but hey, what can he do about that? 

Slider powered down his holographic laptop, zipping up his jumpsuit further with his eyes looking into the far distance. His regulars might not stop by for today, so, perhaps…

He kept the garage doors open, however Slider moved one of his arms up and opened one of the drawers with his card key. Inside was a self defense weapon he bought a few weeks ago, the Radsters wouldn’t have given it to him for free. 

As quick as he could, Slider began working; it’d be inconvenient for him to disappear as his father did. He’d rather not make that same mistake, instead of defending himself.

Open starter. Ben 10K.

“I was a kid. It was a long time ago, and the only reason I still keep this-” Ben points to the large Omnitrix, raising his arm so the person can see it in all it’s glory. “-On is because I need to be ready at any time. I’m not exactly interested in the whole ‘save Earth’ thing anymore.” 

Closing the hood to his car, he sighs. “I have a son. I can’t have him in the crossfire of this shit. It was a long time ago, and I’m just trying to put it behind me. So stop asking about it.”
