Experience during Training days
My experience during our training days was very intense and it is very hardworking because every day we train hard enough and we always sacrifice under the heat of the sun just to train and to achieve our goals as a team. It is not easy to under go every day trainings because you have to sacrifice your studies and cope up when we get back to school. Training every day under the raging sun, we are not also advised to go out of the training camp because they don't want to worry on what will happen to the athlete when it will go out to the training camp, that is why i didn't attend the seminars at school.

Experience during SRAA
My experience during the SRAA proper, it was very nervous because it is my last year in playing football. Being a student athlete is not easy because we play and we comply the requirements that we missed in school. We have to balance everything in order for us to pass all the subjects in school. It is hard to cope up all the requirements because we missed all the discussion and the activities that has been done in school. It is very exhausting that after we play we check our group chats if there are activities that we missed or written works.

Experience During the Final Defense

Before the final defense, I was so nervous but I ak confident that I can defend our paper. I give all my effort to do well on my study, not just for my group but also to myself. During the defense, I feel so pressure because I really think that this is final and I have to do my best to present our paper. But during the presentation, I am confident even there are corrections from the panel. At least I had my new learnings on how to correct our paper. Generally, I am so happy for the successful of our defense.

During the final defense most of all, it went so quickly. Only during a few moments, I realized of what I was actually doing up there, and the weight of my words - most moments, I simply focused on answering the questions.
I was frankly curious to see what panelist would ask to our group. It was quite an experience to defend our work in front of our research adviser abd panelist with a committee of knowledgeable people.We started with a 20 minute presentation only the actual defense was about hour sharp, and the committee members could ask their questions members from far went first and received most time, and the last was my promotor. In fact, I was half-way through answering first question when the beadle came in to mark the hour. During the first question I was quite nervous. It was a rather long question, and I did make notes, but I found it difficult to address all the elements that he summed up in his question (and at one point I had difficulty reading what I had scribbled down as one of the points that came up. It was a great experience as well it helps me boost my confidence and It taught me to strive harder.

Our teacher said that we have a final defense,I felt nervous when I heard it, because of what we experience, during our first defense,the reactions of the panelist, if our papers is acceptable. When we started our final defense Infeel nervous that time, after our defense they critic our research paper and the panelist said that we fix the other findings on the research paper.

During our Final defence, me and my group mates are very nervous because no one can help us but our selves. The time when we started greeting the panellist my hands started trembling because of nervous and having negative thoughts that we might fail in the final defence. We started reading our power point and thanks god that I successfully red all the assigned slides for me. After we finished reading my heart just skipped a beat when they told us to go out at a moment. It was a pleasure meeting some of the panels because not all of them is familiar to me. After a few minutes they ask us to go back and started giving questions. We started to focus ourselves to the question and topic we had. At the end we successfully defended our research even though we are so nervous and worried about our performance.

The experience i felt during final defense is that it is very nervous because we don't know if we will fail or pass our final defense. Even though i am not asked during the defense, but i still feel nervous about my group mates because they are being asked of some questions. At some point, i also feel nervous to our panellist because i and my group mates are scared to fail our defense because it is one of the reasons that we cannot march on march. Even in reading i felt also a little bit nervous because i am a little scared to mispronounce some words and i feel my legs are shaking because of the nervous feeling that i felt during the final defense. I am also happy because we finished our final defense successfully and with God who guides us on what we are doing.

The defense is one of the hardest part of research. During the defense, my body especially my hands is shaking and doddering that time, my mind is thinking and remembering the part of our research related to the question that they've thrown to us. Some of those question are not related in the research, but we have answered it in way of expressing our experience in line during data gathering. We have been so patience in time, money, and even our own time with someone we love is affected. However we didn't care about it, because during the defense time, we just care about our research, thingking positively and acting professionally. Its been a great achievement for us, because the time we spend is worth it. I believe that after all the hardship we have experience, there is always a grateful result. Seminar Forum on Press Freedom

As a former student, I often find myself straining to explain press freedom in the Philippines. many people I meet seem to have a rather straightforward view either the press is free or it is not. I wish it were that simple, I tell them. The Philippines, officially, does not have prior restraint regulations that prevent journalists from publishing, pretty much anything goes, which is why the Philippine press has been classified as free, rambunctious even, Filipino journalists struggled quite a lot, particularly during the Ferdinand Marcos dictatorship, when many paid with their lives to make sure the press stayed that way. The symposium widen my perspective about the freedom of speech, espicially when Atty. Deluvio discuss the essence of press freedom, I learnt a lot from it, It was really a interesting to study and It helps me to pursue the Political Science course.

As we're done with the 3 chapters, it is time for us to finish our chapters 4 and 5. We do the same thing, we prepared for a final defense and we do our chapters 4 and 5 during our III period. Last February 19, 2019 our teacher gave us a task which is to edit the chapter 4 and 5 of our research. During that time I was not able to help them because I did some important matter coming out of my previous school, but our leader says that she will tell or approach us if she needed our help or presence. With that, I am so grateful because our team have made the task done even if we have a lot of complications and lack of time. Our leader gave us a task regarding to our research and that is to seek other programs about immunization. However even if we have a lot of unintended experience with our team, we remain and choose things that will not make anger from each other. Experience during Data Gathering

There are many challenges that we encountered during gathering the data at Barangay Zone IV. The secondary data is not yet complete and we need to follow up in Barangay. Then we found out that the other data are on the previous brgy officials and it pressures me. But, I usually get a data ahout infants mortality rate and it is acceptable since it was 2years comparing data. And in the beneficiaries, also it is not that easy because others are not yet comfortable to answer my questions yet we need to find some others. But I can say, that we complete our data and case study to be prepared for our research paper.

During the data gathering, we felt the pressure as we find those willing to be interviewed participants because some of them don't want to give their permission so we find as we could. The heat of the sun, the transportation, and the availability of the participants and staff of barangay tested us, but we did not give up instead we strive hard to complete our data, yet before we complete it, we experience lot of struggles. Research Exhibit Experiences

As we prepared for the exhibit, I used to double my time. I had a time to help my groupmates and other groups in our presentation which is the 3D box but I gave most of my time in doing our content for the presentation. I know that I give all my efforts in doing our research and during the exhibit, while the judge ask a question, I confidently answer their questions for them to understand more about our topic. Also, me and my groupmates are inviting some guests to visit our booth and explain to them our topic, answer their questions and listen to their opinions. I can say that it was one of the best experience, not only for the presentation that we made but also, we practice on how to deal with people and share to them our knowledge confidently. We are all excited about the exhibit, it was like the first time to make it as a Senior High School Student, no joke it is really serious matter. We go along with the process, more likely 1week I guess? but it made our self proud because we made it even though in a short period of time. I would like to appreciate the goodness of our very own subject teacher who's been with us as we go along in this roaller coaster journey, we cannot deny the fact that it pressures us but those sleepless nights turns to fruitful week. We enjoy doing and learning from it, from measuring the chipboard to paste all the content in box it marks our hard work, we build friendship that will last forever, those sleep over, foodtrips and road trips are part of it, the jokes and laugh we shared together with our classmates will be missed, I cannot imagine in just 1 week we made a memories while preparing for exhibit, we already reach the point where only 1 peso left inside our pockets, I can still remember begging for my classmate to ask for a ride to go home and felt like so funny. During the exhibit day all of our struggles was fade away, at last we are on this peak, the smiles on our faces was drawned as we presented our work, we presented also our effort. The Exhibit day is one of my memorable experienced in life. Presenting a research paper is not that easy at all, because if you have done one or two errors while introducing your research it will be deducted to your points. During the day of the exhibit me and my group did our very best even if it's not that easy. In the morning we placed our boxes and arrange our things neatly. When the event started all of us were so excited yet nervous. It is a hard time for us because we don't know when is the judge will go to our table and we must be alert all the time. February 11 and 12 is our exhibit day. We present our paper and we have a guest which was invited by our teacher Sir Bajar to judge our papers. This is my first time experience that the research paper can also be part of an exhibit. There are lot of researchers are nervous when the judge asked them a questions because it is very important to understand each questions they given they want to know more about your research that is why you need to answer it clearly and understandable. After they judge our papers they announced the champion of the research paper. Even though we are not the champion we are all happy we know that we do our best.

As we attend the seminar forum, another learnings that we found out about how human is important in dealing with society. We also know about other Filipinoes opinion or wants in their lives. And to that case, the NEDA can present about Filipinoes wants and needs and also to take awareness in that. And also it deals about the progress in economy. It was a fun seminar because of the visual presentation and the confidence of a speaker. The next speaker deals with politics or laws. Good day everyone. I am so overwhelmed during and after the forum in SMC hall, that was on January 18, 2019, it because we have learned a lot knowledge and experiences. The first thing or thought that enlightened me about being a human in this world is that, how human is connected to the society. The topic of the first speaker focuses on the economy or economic progress of the society. It is connected to the society because, without human, there is no progress at all and if there is no progress there is no function and development as well. The second speaker uplift of what should a human do if he or she is in the society, it indicates that we human should be responsible in every actions that we do and to those decisions that we have made as well. In that moment of time, I was very excited to ask a question to the two speakers, a question that could enlighten our minds. That experience was one of my memorable moment in life, because we have seen a speaker that could share a lot of things based on their experiences. However it was a beautiful forum for me because I believe it will give us a good interpretation when it comes to society or social aspects and it expand our knowledge as well.

January 18, 2019 we attend the forum there are two speaker the first speaker focuses about economic progress of ths society. We have lot of learnings when we listen to the speaker the way she speak the lestener can understand on her thoughts and can encourage others to listen to her. Econimic is very important to our society if there is no progress there is no functions and development. Group 4 Proposal Defense Experiences

I believe that it's really hard to take challenges but it's worth it if you're responsible to deal with it. I can say that our paper is not usually perfect because of some mistakes but I assure to our panel that all of their advices would be done by our team. The pressure is on but we need to deal with it. We/I need to defend our paper and also our perspective on it. I also thank to our panel because they give their time to critic our paper and to help us for making our research perfect. Even though we passed the defense, we need to revise it base on panel's critic. I can say that my sleepless night was not yet paid off but I'm so happy that we passed the proposal defense. And now, I can promise that I'm doing more responsible in our paper.

During the day of 17th of January 2019 is our Proposal Defense, I admit that we are not all prepared for that defense due to the corrections of our papers hence I do my best to defend our paper, sadly out of 100% it feels like we are just on the 60% we did not attain the 40% and we really feel bad for it. It was like all of our efforts was fade away, but despites of that the panelist decided to not to failed us. After that discussion I decided to see the bright side, I have learnt that we really need to critic it seriously and not just put kinds of words that not necessary or applicable to avoid errors, since the panelist did not failed us , we have to do our best on our paper because it was consider as a second chance to correct our paper and made the best out of it.

My experience during the proposal defense was very nervous because we don't know if we could pass the proposal defense. It was a good experience for me that time and also a little bit scary because if we fail our proposal defense, it would be very disappointing. Although we have many corrections and many things to add me manage to pass our program defense. Also things might get worst and hard time for us to repeat if we failed the proposal defense. Good day everyone. I am so overwhelmed after our proposal defense in III, because we have passed on it. In that moment of time, I was very nervous, something like my foot is doddering and my hand is shaking. That experience during the proposal defense was one of my memorable moment in my life, because we don't know if we could vandicate the proposal defense. However It was a good experience for me because I believe it will give us a good lesson for us to develop our speaking skills and to expand our knowledge as well. Eventhough we have a lot of corrections, we've tried our best to correct it just to pass through over the question have ask to us. Christmas break ends but our responsibilities did not. First week of our class in January is stressful but instead of giving up, we do our responsibilities with efforts. Although, I can say that I'm really tired in doing a research paper but I believe that it's getting worth when the paper is approved. I also believe that all we can do is an inspiration for us to be productive in every task. Hoping that my group members can feel the same. As a group leader, I gave them the task for us to be fair and it seems that there's no teamwork between our group. I always understand them and I know that I really need to be patient. Yet, it's a stressful week but I know that this task is also for our learnings. It gave us more experiences and motivates us to be responsible person.

It was good to start another year with positivity but life always test you how to handle it.
Last week we do our research since Sir Bajar gave us time to do our paper. It was really hard to find some articles that is needed in our study, I feel bad that week because we have a lot to fix in our paper and we're running out of time. The following days, me and my group mates are struggling with our research papers in our first week in school. But we are very chuffed to have our dear Sir Jayson Troy Bajar to abet us deed our delve, it was not that cheap to do what we need to get through, but because we are diligent enough to finish it we did our best to complete it all. I admit that some of us are not participating well, but I know each one of us are trying/dong their best. When the day that we will defend our papers appear, me and my group mates did our very best to impress the panels. On that specific day, we did our very best but that best was not enough because our papers have many correction all over the paper but yet we passed.

It was a good year to start because Mr. Jayson Troy Bajar helped us to finish our research and let us learn on how to make things easy even though it was very hard to make some adjustments to our research paper. Last january 7 to 11 we do our research because our teacher gave time to do our research and we find a study wich is wich is related to our research. Visiting to City Hall of Koronadal

In this subject ,our teacher Sir Bajar brought us to our City Hall here in koronadal. We were so excited because we will witnessed all the wonderful things in the City Hall. The people in the City Hall discussed all the history of koronadal and they also tackled about the different works in the City Hall and how it works. It's quite amazing when we tour from the lobby up to fourth floor, because upon witnessing it all, it's also my first time to go there. We were very blessed that day because of that awesome experience.

Visiting City Hall of Koronadal

Last 2012, was the last time that I go to City Hall due to processing some papers and I didn't expect the changes of it. It looks like well organized hall because of its decorations. The decorations are emphasizing the culture of Koronadal City that gives us a chance to explore the whole City. The presentation was very enjoyable to watch, seems like the City of Koronadal is truly the Crown Jewel of the South because of the culture that enhances during Festivals. The staff are always their to welcome us and to show us the purpose of the offices and what contributions that they made for the whole City. I also inspired from the short film viewing entitled "Rurok" because it tells us that even the agriculture economic can lead us to a better future. It gives us an inspiration to strive harder to achieve our goals in life. In this kind of activity in our subject Work Immersion, gives us a chance to explore, to learn, to observe, and to give value in the City of Koronadal.

Good day everyone! Last meeting in our WI (Work Immersion) subject, we went to the City Hall of Koronadal City South Cotabto on December 4, 2018 with my classmates. That was initiated by our lovable teacher Mr. Jayson Troy Bajar and with the help of our Local Government Unit/Officers. Visiting in city hall was a memorable experience for me because during my childhood days, I wasn't able to go out in our home to see more valuable things outside, thats why by the day we visited, I was so shock and quite amazed about the ethics of the worker inside the city hall. Based on my observation, some of them were too busy to their work and they didn't notice any movement or actions the we had. Hence, some of them were became exultant because we the observer is very polite, we greeted them with kindess, and most probably, we are mindful with our actions.

I never thought that the word Koronadal came from word kolon means "grass" and datal means "plain" which came from the pioneering people here before us which are the B'laans. This place before was like a grassland and as the years pass by the Koronadal city was developed. We've been to the City Hall of Koronadal and we listen and observe on how they will be able to provide a good services to people in efficiently and effectively. In this week, we need to find needs assessment, project development, project evaluation and case impact studies which are related to community-based study for us to have an advance learning to find an article, and for us to improve our knowledge in making the APA format. I have to say that it is really a difficult task to find an article especially those sites that do not have a rrl. We followed the instructions of our teacher which is to find it using the google scholar and we did but we first need to check it before making it in APA format, or in other words we must make sure that the article is valid and reliable for us to easily understand the information. As a leader, I have divided the task by pair and I gave them one task each pair for the work to be done faster, more efficiently and to enhance their teamwork as a pair and as a research group.

Finding related study is not that easy, I was confuse during that time , I have asked myself if what im doing is right, also I see my team having hard time in finding related study. Although, at first we find it easy but unexpectedly it is not. We also have lack of time due to the connection of internet that interrupted our findings, but atlas, we, together our group mates done with the first task and we started to start another one which is to apply the APA format in citation. In this case we really have hard time in doing it because some of our groupmates did not know how to do so, so we help each other in order to finished it on time and send it. After all the struggles that we been encountered in that time, it was satisfying. When we see our outputs, I have learnt how to be more patience and calm myself in a very hard situation, also manage well the time to pass the task on time and lastly, I have learnt how to used a google scholar website to make our research more reliable and accessible.

In making our assigned task, it is hard to find some rrl because we don't know where to find those things. But, we managed to help each other for us to finish our work quickly. We are assigned to make our task by pair to finish it as soon as possible. We cooperate well and participate to the activity that we did for us to be successful and for us not to worry about the tasks that are assigned to us. It is also enjoyable because we don't take those works seriously, instead, we did those works with enjoyment and laughters. We searched for RRLs that is related to our topic. It is also for our own benefits in searching those RRLs for us not to be dependet to our members. We also give our 100 percent attention and participation for us to finish it on time.

Nowadays, making thesis papers are required to all students and it includes Review of Related Literature also known as RRL that you will find in the second chapter of your papers. A review of related literature is a studies, inquiries, or investigations that is already conducted to which the present proposed study that is relate or has some bearing or similarity. They are usually unpublished materials such as manuscripts, thesis, and dissertations. Finding this is not easy specially without any gadgets or any electronic devices thats why me and my group mates struggled in finding examples of rrl. But this also gave us more knowledge on how to make thesis papers which it can give benefit in our future. In the end, we all did a great and finish what need to be done. We learned that we should not depend on our groupmates and if you don't know what to do, dont be scared or shy to approach your teammates about it.

Group 4 Experiences (Nov.27 & 29, 2018)

What I have experienced in this week (Inquiries,Investigation and Immersion Subject) is that it is really tiring especially the task that was given to us which is the rrl. It is not that easy to find an article that is related to our topic which is immunization but what with the help of my group, our teamwork made it more fast to finish.
