Art is life
Just like the stars
That light up the night
Big or small. Bright or dark
Art gives meaning to our lives
Art is life

Cause God made them perfect
The purple headed mountain
The river running by
The sunrise in the morning
That gives brightness
Art maybe greary
But not in the sense of eare
Color nee though
Art nee owe
All we see
Is for what we can be
Art we convey
To God be the glory!

When birds go chirpin

Don’t know what to do
When im with you
My eyes go sparklin’
My heads gone spinnin’
You make me crazy
By thinking of you everyday
Your smiles brighten up my day
Cause when im with you I cant think
Everywhere I look theres your face
What should I do?
Always thinking of you
Right by my side
You are chattin’
I want the feelings I hide
Be lost but again denied

Pursuit of happiness
Aubrey Larrazabal
The key to happiness isn’t about how much money you have or how up to date you are with topics and materialistic things, its about living in the moment and appreciating even the smallest of things. By surrounding yourself with the things that inspire you and letting go of the obsessions that want to take over your mind. Though it is a daily struggle sometimes and requires a lot of hardwork, one must know that happiness begins with your own attitude and how you look at the world.
Writer's Explanation:
-          The free verse I made is about how people should appreciate everything around them.
Dreaming About the beauty of Nature
Lucille Corpuz
Lying down on the top of the mountain
Watching the sun goes down on the evenin
Slowly closing my eyes and breath,
Feeling the warm breeze of the air like the sign of wreath.
Dreaming about the beautiful nature
That has its own natural beauty in a picture
Seeing the colorful and mystical beauty,
Created by God our majesty
The wonderful creatures made,
The birds, butterflies and all God beautifully made
The sunshine that dazzles,
The raindrop that sparkles
Our nature is our wellspring,
That sustains us everything
Opening my eyes and start thinking
Lets continue the legacy and start preserving.
Writer's Explanation:
This poem was all about the epitome of beauty and gift of nature. A very colourful and mystical beauty that was created by our God.
A father
Jonel Laudeza
You are strong and kind
I always looking you
Even you are angry at me
I still in to you
You have a strong body
Ne’er into fights to any
But we never know what God will do
Everything change now to you
Youre weak and like kite
You always keep the pain inside
And your smile is fade away
You are now at bed sick
I never tell you sorry
I never tell you I love you
You know im not that showy
But I always saying it in wind
I always hoping I can tell you
Someday or soon
Writer's Explanation:

Im fine
Argie Hibionada
Its okay if you take my heart my heartto love someone else
Its okay if you steal my innocence like a thief in the night
Its okay if you crucify me
Ill see tomorrow through you
As long as you love someone and that someone loves you
Its okay if you sink my ship
And drown me in survival
Just be the Jack in my life
And let me read you like a Bible
Its okay if you kill me with your lies
I promise I’ll be fine
I wont say I’ll love again
But I will rise for you just fine
You, you’ve caused me some heart break
You’ve causes me so much pain
But if you ever ask
I’ll tell you I’m okay
When you say it’s a lie
And you well up with tears to cry
I’ll  give you a friendly hug, and tell you that I’m fine.
Writer's Explanation:
This poem I made was all dedicated to the person who I inspired the most in life. But everything is just temporary
Free Verse
Jeanette Emfimo
Joy, Sorrow
The city that I was in is a humdrum
Just like a canvas, just like the ink
It's dark like a blackhole, just like a void
I can't see anything, I can't hear anything
That moment when our worlds collide
All I saw, All that I heard, All that I feel
The surroundings is not colorless anymore
The whole world lights up and starts to change
She motions me like a puppet to walk in to her path
Those eyes has resoluteness and tells me
Eventhough there's a dark course ahead
Just believe me and keep going on
Nightmares of my past, haunting me again
As I saw your weak smile, pale skin
The spark in your eyes disappeared
I look down and water drops again
Writer's Explanation:
This poem was all about how love changes you.

What is a Shakespearean Sonnet?
- Shakespearean sonnets are written predominantly in a meter called iambic pentameter, a rhyme scheme in which each sonnet line consists of ten syllables.
Examples of Shakespearean Sonnet:
Firefly Lights
Jeanette Emfimo
As dark and light when our fates encounter
In the deep sea, I forgot to breath in
A warm hand beckons me, her lips whisper
Scooping me softly in her white smooth skin
Since then, the world lights it starts to sparkle
All the set pieces start to take colors
Those eyes like stars in sky, twinkle, twinkle
A speck of light that guides many sailors
Moved by your slightest gesture, heart thumps fast
In that beauty of strength is the great triumph
Like a firefly, fleeting and weak, doesn't last
Just before that dream, all that's left is warmth
That single petal that drops in my life
Wind cuts that petal as sharp as a knife
Writer’s Explanation:
- This poem was all about the Love’s joy and pain.
“Thank you Mother”

As I grow up you teach me how to talk

You help me how to move and how to walk
That guides me wherever I go my way

With families and friends it makes you feel good
We should learn to forgive if one does wrong
While vows and promises will be renewed
It is important when we get along
So gifts are shared as signs of gratitude
January to December becomes past

While amazing stories can now be told
Although things came that were a wee bit odd
For everything, one must thank the Lord God

Aye, those days so simple it used today
Like what we only think is play all day
And next came about stress and pressure
That what has been said, the old mans culture
Now so much burden of this world
Because what matters most Is  just to stay
At home or with friends and just be happy

By your touch you notice you are in light
And your pure heart field with love even your unlit
Rush walks in street and don’t mind if alone

Bring me my shining stellar of gleamy
Appear to me please, rush wind! hold me tight
And don’t forget their sweet smell, so sweetie
And while some time when we were nearly near
To seem that night is brighter than the light
I even feel secure in legion bears
That I can be me in their constant like
Should I seek a huge lantern to gleam it
To tell them that I am here waiting much
I do say, yes, they would be titillate
For myself, praying to be back our bunch

It’s been a while since since I hath felt this way
Hoping this is real, it’s the way I feel
That was her sparkling eyes who made my day
For her smile is so pure, pleasing and real.

Gently grabbing my arm with an embrace
Urging to come with her and faced reality
Feeling the happiness every step we trace

Friendship
Elizabeth Anne Mata
Our benevolence means so much to me
You’re there to lift me up when I am down
Through my pain it is crystal clear to see
That you expanse the kindness all around
You always lift me up when I am down
With light footed words you dry my tears
You always make me smile instead of frown
Our benevolence will last many years
With the light footed words you dry my tears
In everything you give me your all
You try to chase away unwanted fears
You are still there to catch me up I fall
I thank the Lord so much on bended knee
Your benevolence mean so much to me

A love last moment
Romel Jugar
When i write i hope to see my sun in
The green fields and blue skies of paradise
I know shes going to be dead in earth
For a long time you say so kindly I’m
A second Aurora to my sweet sun
My alluring hunter but if she could
As she once did disperse dark clouds hunting
Shadows, make me as serene as now I’m
Trouble, to see he again ensnared by
Life free us and trap those who hurt us
So effortlessly with it would be, when we
Hand, how wonderful it would be, when we
Meet again beyond death, she sweet to me
I blest in he, then call me mate light's charioteer.
Writer’s Explanation:
It talks about the two lovers. Behind the sacrifices the two had, yet they’d share the moments together.
