i'll be honest - it's a little funny that this place isn't so centrist-friendly seeing as the foundation of it is the "quirky" personality trait. isn't being a tad unconventional quirky? what's wrong with authenticity, nuance when it comes to politics? it'll never be likely that we will all agree on EVERYTHING in a perfectly harmonic uniform, so why pretend for the sake of persona, virtue signaling? at the end of the day, who is benefiting from individuals denying their own truth? we'll always be miserable if we succumb to the fear of shame, don't get kooky and say what we're actually thinking. the political arena should never be conformist. being morally varied and perpetually unsettled is the way to go.
