A brief note to my rp partners

I am probably one of the worst rp partners in the history of the activity. - I drop threads. - I lose threads. - I take my threads in odd directions that should probably never be explored. - I go through phases where I’ll only respond to two or three of my partners. - I go through phases where I’ll only respond to a single thread, and you’re left wondering why I’m not responding to you.

Sometimes I can be a really great partner - - I might be really on top of replies. - I might have everything in my ask box answered. - I might be perfectly in synch with where you’re trying to take the thread.

Sometimes I’m not.

But the great thing is that it’s okay! - When I drop a thread you like just tell me! Chances are it’s in drafts or I’ve lost it. - Even if we try a dozen different things and nothing sticks, don’t be afraid to start a new thread with me or come to me with an idea. - Sometimes I’ll be overwhelmed by everything I have going on, and I’ll have to put you on the list of rp’s to start. - Sometimes I’ll jump right on the thread and then drop it after a few days. - Sometimes we’ll carry the thread out all the way to the end, and have a grand old time getting there.

But please, remember that each of my rp partner’s is valuable to me. - Even the ones my muse doesn’t like. - Even the ones I’ve only done a thread or two with. - Even the at I used to rp with and don’t any more.

You are significant.

✕  there is so much development to be made from people just… being together. there’s no need for a whole huge big plot for muses to make memories. just conversation and doing mundane things together is enough sometimes.

Won in a contest several years ago, she possessed the ability to open locks. Well… Most. There might be some particular magics that resisted it, it wasn’t as if she’d opened every lock in existence with it yet. But in general, it worked. The question wasn’t so much how to open it, but whether it was safe to do so.

                “… Do you sense any magic on it? Something that might trigger without the                 key?” Her cursory pass with her magic sense hadn’t revealed anything, but                 maybe Ayashii picked up something she didn’t.

“Oh? I’m not surprised to hear that... It’s fortunate.” It made this whole situation less of an issue. He honestly didn’t want to burn a lot of energy over a book that could just end up being a normal book. After all, he wasn’t sure what could be inside the worn piece of literature. That was the concerning thing however. Approaching the situation with no caution could end up a disaster... After all, Klug had been foolish and that’s how he had possessed the other in the past.

“Hand it over to me. I’ll overlook it and make sure I don’t sense anything hostile.” Better safe than sorry right?

They weren’t in the world she hailed from and still continued to live in. Magic was commonplace, it was stranger to encounter someone with no power at all than those with a little. But they didn’t tend to call themselves anything special, certainly not magicians. Even her granny, a well-known and powerful witch, sometimes referred to herself as a magician. 

Well, regardless… “I’m still curious about this thing.” An ancient book, locked shut with an actual lock requiring a key. Either it was someone’s diary or contained very sensitive information… Or maybe both. She couldn’t help but be intrigued.

“Not exactly, they just make my blood boil every single time I see one.”

There weren’t at all common but it doesn’t stop him from getting angry over the fact that there are people who do it. He shakes his head as he decides to brush it off for now. It’s no use really discussing something so unimportant when there was something actually interesting to worry about. The book look rather ancient compared to others in the Primp Town Library. Actually, for a moment, it almost looked like something he’s seen before.

Nah. He must be mistaken.

“It’s definitely not a normal book. We either look for a key or try to pick the lock if we want to know more.”

Though the latter would become rather annoying with him not having the proper tools or skill to pick a lock. Either way, he’s kind of curious now himself.

I’ll go with Leon since I’ve know him the longest ( and was the first I knew ). I’ve always thought he was an adorable cinnamon roll and think he deserves all the love in the world! I wished I had interacted with him more but hey there’s always the future and I hope to learn more things through interactions! Also there’s Vic who I also find very interesting! Honestly I think you make your ocs very enjoyable and I hope I can interact with them all someday.

My muse’s opinion of your muse

Sig likes Astra as a good friend! While he had an awkward relationship with the normal Witch, he has a more positive relationship with Astra. He thinks she’s way nicer than regular Witch and likes hanging out with her. Ayashii on the other had strongly likes Astra to the point he has a small crush on her. He greatly respects her abilities and thinks she has a very likable personality and doesn’t mind spending time with her.

My opinion of your muse

I love Astra! It’s even gotten to the point I like your portrayal more than the regular Witch. Isn’t that weird? Aha! Phi I always love your portrayals of any character whether it’s from Tales of or whatever else! I’m really glad you got into Puyo Puyo even though the rp fandom is one of the smallest I’ve seen. You, Kei, Krak, TRL, and everyone really keep me wanting to come back! You guys make your characters so lovable!

Whenever Astra teases Ayashii. I love it when this little tsun brat gets teased. Am I terrible? Yes. Though it also softens the little guy up and would make him more open to compliments. It helps with his trust issues.

Ah I might be repeating myself but while Astra hasn’t done much for Sig, her interactions with Ayashii have softened this tsun and untrusting demon for the better! It’s thanks to her and one other person that Ayashii even wants to talk to anyone without berating them. So she’s done a lot for my little red wearing tsun demon!

Ayashii doesn’t really care for Lemres and Sig thinks Lemres is a weirdo. Neither boy knows him very well and neither have much to motivate them to learn more. For now, they don’t really mind him all that much.

I love Lemres! I think he’s a very pleasant character and his relaxed attitude even when people poke fun at or insult him is something I wish I could have. I actually prefer to play as either him, Ringo, Sig, or Amitie when I play online. While I found the pantshoes very silly, I like most other parts of his design! The whole candy shtick is also something I like. Also I liked his dub voices rip.

Definitely! As someone who has written ocs, done ocxcanon, and etc, why wouldn’t I be? I love seeing other people’s creations and if love did blossom between either of theses boys and an oc I wouldn’t object to shipping them!
