anyway you should always remember that all those foreigners you see dying on the news are just as real people as you are who have just as much interiority as you do. there is nothing about you that makes you more important and it is by pure chance that you are not in their position. in fact, this holds for all of history. every person, no matter the horror of the fate that befell them, had just as much interiority as you do. i feel like some people haven't fully internalized this.

i know america is ass and hating americans gets you cool points online but people on twitter are literally seeing probably mostly CHILDREN being worried and scared because they don’t fully grasp what’s going on and calling them EVIL for worrying about themselves. you can inform people that they’ll probably be safe without being a dickhead

#i think people forget that the population of that website is mostly kids and people in their early 20s #and that having anxiety is an uncontrollable human reaction #but i won’t say this on twitter because i don’t want to d*e

Not trying to dismiss americans fears over the Iran/USA situation I get it. But once the panic settles, I hope folks realize this likely won’t hurt you directly. It’s Iranian kids, women, men, and neighboring countries who would face the bombs and invasions. That’s what the U.S. empire has done for 50+ years: fake wars, fake threats and destruction to further their imperialist agenda
