Last night I saw this photo, and immediately upon waking up, I had to see it again. It is enchanting. I have never seen such a happy couple. It was taken in 1949. The photographer was decades ahead of his time. I wish I knew more about this couple. I hope they remained happy and in love. I have a strong feeling by the tenderness in their eyes, that they did.

My grandmother is getting ready to be reunited with the love of her life. Found this photo in their wedding album and realized I’ve never seen two people more in love. Circa 1949.
