A parasite and cordyceps horror with fungal eyes and parasitic appendages that are constantly falling off of her and spreading to other organisms. Her Eldritch God form is it disgusting mass of vile parasites and cordyceps fungus. Breathing and moving as if it was any other multicellular organism. Any contact at all with any kind of living organism will be immediately infected. This form is usually so revile and so unpredictable that it fails to be held back in a illusion. But if she drops the illusion it will not only cause Mass hysteria but anybody who becomes infected will likely lose their mind.
