Today is my birthday!
I got Persian cat as gift. Temporarily named her Pingu♥️

Day 2 - 29th June, 2022
I wished a friend of mine a very happy birthday and we caught up and he was very glad that I remembered. Him being happy, made me very happy.
I did have a sound sleep
I had a very unproductive day at work. I couldn't focus. Felt sad all day.
I didn't want to read as well.
I ate a bunch of junk foods coz I craved some form of comfort.
Crap! These are the days I want to avoid.
I wish for a better tomorrow🤞

Day 1 (1/100) - 28 June, 2022
I slept really well today even though I went to sleep real late
Had a productive work day
Started 101 essays by Brianna West
Talked to two friends of mine, and tried to open up. I feel much lighter now.
Skipped on junk food! I can't believe I was able to do that. I have a severe obsession with food, coz that's my only source of comfort.
Ticked some items off of my todo that I've been putting off for a while
I did have some soda. Need to give that up!
Overall it was a fruitful day. Time to aim higher.

Fix sleep issues
Read those books you've been wanting to read
Go clear that IELTS
Go learn to drive and get your license
Land on a job which'll help you with your current situation
Learn self discipline and self respect
Learn to put yourself first
Establish a morning and evening routine
Start doing the list of things you wanna learn to do as preparation for learning to live alone
