My spine hurts so bad putting any pressure on it (carrying the weight of my body) is agony

My ribcage has been tightening??? It feels like it's trying to crush my ribs from the outside in

Have almost dislocated my fingers

My hips hurt like I'm dying. It feels like my bones are being drilled into

My thigh bones hurt extremely bad. Walking is agony. Same for my shins.

Nearly dislocated both knees several times

Rolled both my ankles and fell twice

Not mentioning the muscle twitches and spasms, irregular more than usual heartrate, brain fog and more constant dissociation, rapidly switching appetite (symptom of MY personal flareups since they're usually tied to poor mental health), and feeling like my body is gonna explode
