Like, what do you MEAN “I DoN’T hAvE FaThEr’S pOwErS” IT WAS A YES OR NO QUESTION?? He responds in that ambiguous way Will is so fond of, and I’m convinced he’s more important than his sister.
Maybe he’s a Reborn— we know there are others besides James and Will, though I think he’s too old for that (there’s likely a failsafe in Sarcean’s spell that his favorites would be Reborn only after he was summoned, so that they’d be alive when he was, instead of being born at any other point in the past 10,000 years.) Maybe he’s a hybrid of two magical lines, and inherited power from his mother.
