I LOVE SLOP! he/him. i post pig media whenever i feel like it or if i have reblogs in the queue. i am an rtvs fan, so i'll sometimes reblog stuff relating to them
I was slightly heartbroken the first few times I went out to the pigs moving their stuff out and such they weren't especially interested in me and weren't coming when I called. I went to lunch with my mom and ran some errands including getting them more straw. When I brought it out they were nowhere to be seen (the grass is taller than them in most spots) but they came when I called them this time and were happy and interested in me, everyone laid down for some belly rubs and pig cuddle puddled.
so one of my favorite "board" games for lack of a better word is called pass the pigs and you get a game set that has eight different colored sets of two pigs and you roll the pigs like dice and depending on how they land you get a point value based off of each pig individually or if they land the same as them together and like i just need to show everyone the pigs....
fun fact: pigs can metabolize alcohol slightly better than humans, and they of course enjoy grains. this means that a pig can drink a beer as a treat. Rufus usually gets one a year, for his birthday. and he won't let the label stop him.
Peccaries are relatives of pigs which live in the Americas. The common species is the most adaptable, eating a variety of plants and small animals, and found in habitats from deserts and wetlands to rainforests and urban areas, from the US in the north to Argentina in the south. They hide in burrows, caves, and under logs.
*internally screaming* well, here we are again! I'm literally so tired after making this- anyways, I crocheted this cute little guy for one of my favorite teachers! She's really cool!
