I love the thought of wearing the o2 mask and someone else having control of the flow. Kinking the tube to reduce how much oxygen I get, or even changing the mixture to something else entirely. Maybe adding in something to make my heart race or lose rhythm, then switching it back to oxygen just as my heart is starting to fail. Seeing how many times you can do that before it's too much for my struggling pump. You listen to my heart pound under your direction until you're too turned on to wait any longer. You rub my clit, then rip my panties off and shove yourself deep inside my pussy. You fuck my helpless body as my heart beats faster and faster with every stroke of your cock. (This last part is simulated in the full video on OF using my fucking machine. 😏💦)

honestly it’s really disappointing seeing cardiophiles use and post AI images :/ like not only does it look bad and cheap, but you can’t really expect us to be that dumb and not figure out it’s AI just because you didn’t tag it as such.
For a kink that surrounds something as real and vital as the human heart, to disgrace it with inaccurate, unrealistic, and ugly depictions of the organ is sad.

It's gross.
Even if you don't care about the planet killing part (WHICH YOU SHOULD!) They're just plain ugly. At best, they're uncanny and valley creepy with stethoscope tubes going nowhere, and monitors showing gibberish.
How are people getting off to this???
This is supposed to be a HUMAN kink. Human heartbeats. Keep AI crap out of it.
The prominence of AI in the cardiophilia community is getting increasingly more concerning

But also don't like 'cp'. It's not child porn. Children are not a porn category. It's child exploitive sexual material or CESM.
Virgyniah uploaded videos of childrens heartbeats to YouTube and I'm absolutely disgusted that those videos are in every single fucking cardiophile playlist ON THE PLATFORM. I'm sick and tired of the Cardiophile community. Those of you that engage with CP should be fucking arrested and I hope the Virgynia account holder was put away a long time ago.

Wasting hundreds of gallons of water isn't worth your shitty AI generated picture of girl with unrealistically large titties being stethed. Draw it or write it your fucking self.

She feels him press the cold adhesive pads onto her skin. She feels his fingers dig into her neck again, not to press but to feel for her pulse. He gives her two more large breaths and resumes compressions as the defibrillator readies itself. Her vision is blurry, she can only feel. Her chest is aching. She barely hears the machine speak when her entire body contracts and buckles. The electric shock causes her to scream inwardly. She felt as though she was punched in the center of her chest. Her heart skipped hard but remained in ventricular fibrillation. She heard the unit whine and speak again. This time the shock blew all of the remaining air out of her lungs and kicked her heart hard. He felt for her pulse but nothing. He gave her two more breaths and then started compressions again following the beeps on the machine. Soon it asked to analyze her rhythm again. This shock was delivered at the highest setting. 360 joules. She felt the lightning blot hit her heart like an explosion. Everything contracted from her hands and arms to her feet and legs. She felt her heart slam shut, quivering hard and then throw hard PVCs before slowly beginning to pump again. Feeling her pulse return, he quickly listened to her weakened heart. Her pulse rate was a slow and deliberate 60 beats per minute. Her breathing was hard and urgent. There was significant bruising forming on her sternum and throat where he had abused her skin pretty well. The defibrillator pads were still attached to her chest but she stopped him from taking them off. Her ice blue eyes were bright with a mischievous glow. She slowly nodded at him. He felt her pulse and gave her a surprised look. Again she nodded. Her heart rate increasing to 72. He flipped the defibrillator switch to test mode and energized the pads. She nodded and lifted her chin slightly. He felt her carotid surging. Her heart rate was now 84. Here we go, he thought.

I love how every time we see a scan of the Doctor, their hearts are in different shapes and different places.

Not wildly off, just... creatively interpreted. Like regeneration rolls the dice on “anatomical whimsy” every time.

I keep blocking people for posting AI.
Sick of all the ai slop in specifically the cardiophile community. I get that it’s a smaller and more niche fetish but god it’s so annoying to see. It’s never even tagged as ai, either, which makes it hard to filter.

For all the heart lovers out there, this is THE game: Cardio Ex
It's a free mobile game where you can pretend to be an interventional cardiologist, or try to treat/ diagnose some patients ...although for some reason I just get one diagnosis case over and over, freakin' sarcoidosis
You have to navigate wires and deploy different stents to treat stenosis, dissections, ideally before the virtual patient dies...
There is also a mode where you do atherectomy, in this picture at superficial femoral artery (SFA)
An interesting game letting me do something I'd never be able to

A dramatic scene from the movie with a simulated heartbeat and subsequent heart stopping. All on the level of Lucio Fulci. (Murder Rock — Dancing Death)
