Lirael
Lirael Cilthras
Wood elf, Moon druid
A Noble within a wood elf village (Noble Background)
Lirael grew up alongside Queen Nithroel deep within the forest city Therendial. Living her life as a night owl in the city allowed her to experience a side of nature most were unaware of. It was during this time that she connected with the forest around her and learned of it's magics. Today, she serves Queen Nithroel as one of her trusted assistants and remains one of the queens closest friends. She's been found to be the main source of mischief within the royal grounds, playing pranks and skipping duties. She prides herself in being the main source of fun for the Queen. Unlike most nobility with their long robes, Lirael opts for a simple pair of baggy pants with a cloth half shirt. A small totem hangs from her neck, gifted to her from the spirits of the forest. Speaking of these spirits, they had seen fit to gift her a familiar, an entling named Pip. The little entling came up to her knee and liked to ride around on her shoulders. Pip's leaves changed with the forest and sometimes in the spring, he'd have a few berries to give Lirael. Pip could speak and understand common, but he prefered to chitter to Lirael in druidic or Elvish.
After a dark Entity threatens the city, Nithroel instructs her to investigate, slowly gathering more evidence to point outside the city, The queen reluctantly agrees to send Lirael out to continue the investigation and sends with her one of her bodyguards, Elysia to accompany her and keep her safe.

Elysia
Elysia Duncrel
Ancients Paladin, Scourge Aasimar.
Raised by an elvish village bordering a feywild portal (Feylost background)
More backstory/description below
Somewhere in the forest, lies the city of Therendial and their leader, Queen Nithroel. This is where Elysia Duncrel can be found, serving as one of the bodyguards of the queen herself. In service to the Goddess Meil of the forests, she wields her great sword in defence of the city and of it's surrounding forest. Her pale skin and light ginger hair allows her to blend in easily with the other elves in the city. Her suit of armor gleams in the light with the tree of Meil etched in gold against the polished steel.
When a dark entity looms over Therendial, Nithroel sends Elysia together with one of her trusted druids, Lirael to reach out into Faerun. Together, they search for signs and marks of the mysterious entity that threatens their city.
