Guilt Free Soup (w/pics!)
So, I kinda wanted to try something different, and I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the results. I bought my favorite veggies, chopped them, weighed them, sautéd them, and added some water and seasonings and BAM! A delicious soup where the whole pot is only 547 calories!
Each serving is only 36 calories.
A serving size is one cup! And the pot I made has 15 servings. I had four cups for dinner, and could barely finish it…it was just so filling! My 4 cups (which was alot) was only 144 calories!
Here’s what you need:

So once you have everything chopped and weighed it’s time to get cooking!
The Steps:
Get out a large pot, put about ¼ cup of water in the bottom and let it get hot. Once it just starts to steam a bit, add your minced garlic and diced onions! Sauté them for about 2 minutes.
Add your sweet potatoes and sauté them for 2 minutes.
Add the rest of your veggies, and a little more water if needed and sauté for 3-5 minutes.

Add water! Just enough to cover all the veggies.
Add your seasoned salt and Greek seasoning to taste! If interested I can put the brands I used in the comments.
Boil until your sweet potatoes are soft! Then you’re ready to eat!!

I definetly wish I could have put more sweet potatoes in, but the amount of calories scared me a bit. So, every time I got a sweet potato, it was quite the delicious treat.
I hope you guys are able to enjoy this recipe, and if you try it…let me know what you think! My husband HATES veggies and reluctantly tried it as my request. He liked it! So I hope even the pickiest of eaters can find this yummy!
You can add whatever veggies you want, or other ingredients, just remember to add your calories accordingly! 😘💜
🌿🌸Stay Safe!🌸🌿

What I’m going to do for the next six months:
Actually lose the weight this time
Not tell anyone about my weight loss but let them notice
Talk less to the people that bring out the negativity in me
Stop opening up to people who criticize and undermine my feelings
Hold onto my skin routine
Keep my apartment clean
Not to go outside in my sweats or without makeup
Eat for fuel not for false comfort
Forgive people in my past and stop holding a grudge
Grow as a person
NOT
GIVE
UP

Sweet coffee; Anxious Dreams.
What’s the matter!
I am the broken phone screen
That your little brother shattered.
Funny though it seems,
It rips apart the seams which gain perspective;
The curved mirrors in an art installation.
Not the best or worst
Or something in between,
I’m coming from the wayside,
From purgatory dreams.
Chainsaws and rape which haunt my every night,
Or fancy fights which rob me of what I once did call my life.
But you, so far, are something never seen,
At least not by my eyes but for the pictures in the screen.
I dream again, a nightmare of a dream,
And come alive to think of you and my anxieties.
