I don't think I can do this fasting shit no more bro. On the 5th day I started feeling less and less energized and my whole body became sore. By the tenth day which is today I broke fast but immediately regretted it cause its hurt my stomach all day today. The cherry on top was when I was going to get some water from the fridge then I just blanked out, fell, and hit my head on the counter. I didn't even realize it until I looked around and I was on the ground and for a second I was confused on how the fuck I even got there. Luckily there was only a little bit of blood with slight bump snd scratch.
