Didn't Dillon Goo support Whiterose?

As much as certain folks in the "fan" "community" insist so, Dillon Goo is absolutely not an option for the future of RWBY. He's a small-time animator with nowhere near the resources to work on a franchise like RWBY, and nowhere near the capability to obtain the resources to get the rights to the show let alone a staff that can produce a show of RWBY's depth and quality.

And the people suggesting this know this.

Dillon Goo is an animator. Regardless of the quality of his animations, that's what he is. And note that none of the people preaching praise for him or insisting he's the only option haven't said anything about who would be writing the story.

Because in their minds, none of that matters. Even though it mattered to the man they pretend to idolize. The man who knew his talents as an animator didn't mean he knew how to bring a story to life, and thus his vision was to bring in people whom he know did to make his work more than what he himself could create.

These people want Dillon Goo, fully aware that he lacks the resources to tell the story RWBY has been telling, because they don't actually want a story. They want something without that which they believe ruined RWBY the moment the heroines became more than cute girls going brr in trailers.

They don't want Monty Oum's RWBY, or what he envisioned his world, his characters, his story to become. They want Dillon Goo because all they want is the heroines Monty created and developed to exist solely for the sake of "cute girls go brr".

I think you're forgetting that mr holier than thou believes that Miles and Kerry are somehow "ruining monty's vision".

...no, you fucking idiot, that's exactly what you and your circlejerk are doing with literally anyone who isn't an animator. You are absolutely saying that every other aspect of creating an animated series, from audio to storytelling to everything behind the scenes, is completely irrelevant and that the only quality anyone should possess to deserve the rights to a property they have almost nothing to do with, very little involvement in reality*, is "makes cute girls go brr".

You know who understood differently? The animator who knew his talents alone weren't enough to bring his vision to life, so he sought out people with the talents necessary to make a show like RWBY.

(And I feel like highlighting this point, because it really deserves to be highlighted: Dillon Gu worked on one volume of RWBY. Volume 3. Y'know, supposedly when the EVIL Miles and Kerry proceeded to ruin Monty's vision? Not only do they not give or know jack about Monty Oum himself, but they clearly know nothing about the wannabe trying to get attention off of other people losing their jobs.)

Is there even a single popular anime nowadays that doesn't rely entirely on knowing Anime Audiences want to see child-like girls being constantly objectified and dehumanized, or wanting women to be subjected to violence and suffering as the hook to their audiences?

I automatically lose any trust in someone who says they don't like Blake. Not even because I'm a huge Blake stan or anything.
