Joe McNally- is a brilliant American Photographer.

He has done afew books. He seems to enjoy takig picture of athletes and many portraits. Everything seems to be caught in motion but the perfect moment of that motion. All of the fashion matieral is in perfect postion, the materials patteren is readable.

Annie Leibovitz, A photographer who has been in the business of taking celberties portraits for years. She had beautiful eyes for capturing both elegance and reality of a persons charater. I found photos she shot form 1970s. Along with some current of Jennifer Lawernce. I love that she is comfortable in black and white photography and color. Most people seem to be brilliant at one or the other but she has both down to a science.

Benjamin Von Wong is one of my favorite photographers who loves to work with wacom and comes up with these Awsome effects in photoshop. He has a whole crew of people who will come out and help him and recives alot of donations for instilations pieces that he creates. He is all for the go green movement and likes to inform people on what they waste will effect the future by creating huge instations to creat whole scene for his photography.

Out of all the photos I took on my walk this was by far one of my favorites. The lighting and the way that a sapling of a palm tree took root just on the other side of a lot and stood out from all the over exposed dead grass. This is tenchically the Hotel property to take care off since it is from their trees but I am happy to capture it  through the bushes I was peering through.

Walking around town on I wanted to capture how easily propery lines get crossed by both the city of fresno and the people living in thier home. The city is resposible for taking care of their trees not leaning into the streets but do not pay attention to trimmin here when i comes to this persons backyard which is a Neighbo poilcy they violate.

I found a lot around Herdon and Villa on my walks around town that has sever dry tumble weeds. Also, what looks like was once fence post that are rusted and bent that have no way of keeping the weeds in. We have very dry weather and when the wind starts to blow that can lead them straight into the  busy traffic way and can cause a traffic incident.

I wanted to shoot the area sides where you see the green trees growing around the fence line and over hanging just adding to the dubery that already exsits adding to the eyesoar. This is a city problem and having all the green and dead area just ask for a pest problem.

I wanted to show the sapling that spilled over to the lot from the Mormon church. Trees when the begine to grow too close to dig roots and can break down the wall over time. All plants go for water and if the water is unde the other side of the fence it will grow to it. It is improtant as a land owner not to let your trees over gro w becuase you can get property damage and the city can fine you for them haveing to rip out a tree that never got taken of.

I enjoy seeing small living space in the middle of these areas. A large tree by a house area well taken loved area. though they are the biggest risk for pest and fires. There is no wall to protect them.

There is a run down looking building but is a functinal store of some kind that only seems to tend to their lot.  The land surronding it is full of holes and weeds ready to blow away. There need to be a talk between the city and store on whos job is it to take care of this area becuase the store is a bit of an eye soar as it is. If it did not have cars infront of it iw oudl look like a vacant building and those themselve alot of differnt City Standards to look into. Such as promotion the lot and not selling it untill the building it self has been up to safety and building standards. Along with Fresno would make them put lights and trees in their lot for the “Going Green”/ Modernizing Fresno.

I wanted to Point out gorgous spots of private property around town and this by far was the best. It just need some yard work and maintaing the trees that are growing every which way. I wanted to point out that this property though it has a large amount of plants, keeps all og its dubury in its own yard.

On the other side of the street is over haning tree branches that have not been kept up with. One Trees can get helth problems from having too many dieing branches and two over haing branches on public sidewalks are a Code violation becuase it actully crosses their own property line and becomes litter and an Nussiance if blowen into the street even more danger.

Alittle Closer to more residence, I found unuse space between properties that had one broken fencing. A broken fence can lead to harm and the owners sharing their fence have to callberate to get it fixed.

On Peach and Sierra there is a Church for Latter Day Saints and they have an over six foot fencing dividing them from the empty lot over grown with tumble weeds. A fact of fencing codes in fresno is you need to have permit with the city to have it over six foot. The Mormon church has organized spacing for their trees and a clean lawn that makes it visually warm. the shadow falling from the fence to the lot makes almost a metaphor. It is the dark side of the lack we take care of the enviorment we do not associate with.

I wanted to stand on the other side of the line and shows that the trees growing over the fence is a City code violation and if someone was living on the property they could call the city would have to take care of it within 72 hours.

Another shot of the same house but i wanted to caption the shot that there might be and Improper Usage of property becuase there is country roads in the back which is fine but the city had a cylandar pipe around the area and might mean if the city is not taking car of their part of the area there are natural hazards. If you do not mark it the people using  the propert could get hurt or damage city property.

I wanted to note that the city have put in this brand new post with reflector signs to to keep the drive way divided from the house area. Yet the same needs to happen with the pipeing.

I took a picture of the apartments front entrance and you can see within the walls it that there is alot of green and tall trees but it is kept with uninviting walls. Though this lot does not have the fire problem with plants, it does promote animals to run rampid. There is alot of holes even though there has been alot of of track marks from the trucks building the apartments.

Across the street there is a wonderful property that looks like it is on an island surrounded by ratty weeds and unused or cared for lot area. This questions what the property line is for the house the lot becuase if their line mesures father out it means the could get called out on being an Attractive Nuisance.

On Bullard and Williow there are new apartments in developed and there is another lot that is a better conditions when it comes to less plants and fire hazards but there is litter very close to the divding line between. I found what looks like a sand bag, then I followed the line to fine cardboard and even a dead rat in many stages of decay.

Continuing on Jeffery Stockbridge. Here are a few photos in which the problem is not super obvious with out the context of his story he posted. We have alady who is sitting on stairs but if you look at her purse she had a bottle of alcohol sticking out. Then we have man who had a prostectic leg and we can only guess he lost it to the open drug addiction in Philadelphia.
