Painting inspired by the Tlingit (pacific northwestern coastal indigenous group) story of Woodworm girl, a young Tlingit girl finds a woodworm and begins to secretly raise and nurse it as her own child till it grows to a massive size. Obsessed by this statue I saw today in Le Havre (France) from the Italian sculptor Fabio Viale. The design isn't painted on... The ink is injected inside the marble like a real tattoo. And if I remember correctly what the guide said, it took the artist three weeks to do just that.

Obviously still significantly closer to Haute Goth than Mod Goth but it’s so difficult to find pics. Concepts still a style surrounding this general idea, pattern tights, bigger gogo boots, taking the big hair from the 80s and stealing what the 90s took from the 60s in fashion in terms of platforms, shift dresses, Mary Janes, velvet, fur coats etc :)
