I would not be who I am today with one of them not being on the journey. In this photo what is so astounding and clear to me, is even though Denise is missing in body, her spirit is so present and alive in each one of us. I humbly thank the architect of this reunion, God. I humbly thank Jesus for sharing his girl Denise Matthews with us. Even though it pains us she is no longer here, her service yesterday, as her sister mentioned, yes it soon became clear, that we were attending our friends “wedding”. Her wedding day to her Lord.

I couldn’t think of a better group of women to have walked along and shared the same path together. (Of course Sheila E. , not to be omitted from this group, who had a previous gig booked, she too is one of The Originals.)..

Love , the über ultimate, is present here. We were all there and are still bound together, for the “right reasons”. Xo #solidarity #love #grace #theoriginals.❤
