In the making of Week 13 activity I can feel that we are near to end this topic and so we did our best to finish and passed it on time. Though It was so tiring to make this activity every week but in the end it was all worth it and no one could benefit it but only us students who participated and took all of the activities seriously.
Life is too short to complain that it's "tiring to do" "hard" and etc... I realize that, we people must face all of the challenges given to us and by the activity given to us we can already practice ourselves on how to manage our time and all the subjects that has given us a task too. I realize that we students must consider this a practice for our future, and that one day we will be able to thank our teachers for assigning us activities every week because we will not have as much difficulty managing our time because we have already practiced, because if our teachers do not assign us any tasks, we are just the one who will suffer at the end of the day and probably have a hard time to do such things.

In week 11 we are presenting about the DRAFT REVENUE MODEL and it talks about  Money, Pricing, Totality, and Income. In week 11 we try to assumed and estimated revenues, conversions, values and customers. But before we go that far, we need to figure out who is primary customers and what efforts should be taken to capture these customers when starting a business. Second, we must understand our pricing since, as we all know, cost is the first thing that attracts clients' attention. It could be costly or inexpensive.
Lastly, there's the customer and the value. When we think of value, we think of information that leads to currency, money, and amounts, but value is also a component of a company's revenue. Specifically, when we speak of customer value, we are attempting to determine our customers' loyalty and patronage of our product through time. They always buy the products because they trust the brand, and they utilize personal advertising to introduce a specific product from a trusted brand, and that's the type of relationship we're fostering. And by participating in this activity with my team, I get some useful knowledge that I can apply in the future.

WEEK 10:
In this week's challenge, one of our main themes is competitiveness. This includes elements such as: Competitive analysis,  competitive description of the company's target market,  product or service details compared to competitors,  market sales, market share and revenue forecasts, price comparisons, and finally marketing and social media. Create an analysis.
By making this task, I feel happy because in this way we are able to gain our knowledge about business, how it is going through and it's way to improve, it's goal and target. We are not just learning but we can also apply it soon to ourselves, if ever we want to build our own business someday. In this topic I enlighten my mind that it's not just all about "THE PRODUCT YOU WANT TO LAUNCH" but also you have to look for many factors such as what I've mention about the Elements in competitiveness.

We evaluate our abilities to identify our market and its size in week 9. The steps we take to determine these are as follows: first, we try to identify our customer and their market need; second, we conduct thorough research to determine the size of the vending machine market; third, we gather appropriate findings in understanding our potential competitors both locally and internationally; fourth, we estimate the vending industry's growth potential; and finally, we determine our Total Available Market (TOM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), and Finally, we determine our Total Available Market (TOM).
We assisted each other by dispersing tasks in order to complete our aim in this exercise.
In my own opinion if ever given a chance to have a budget I would really want to make all the plastics not just coming from vendo machines but also everywhere is to make it an eco-brick, chair and buildings to also help our mother nature keep fresh and not polluted.

Week 7:
One of the most important lessons I've learned in starting a business is to interact with your future customers. By interviewing or asking questions to the possible customers we can get advice, and a variety of suggestions they can give by connecting with them. Our goal in this week is to target our customers with what they really want and need for us to know more about our customers need.
Knowing your customers need is very significant because their suggestions could help us along the process. Through their feedbacks we can easily know whose people are the "Possible customer" and are not. That is why communicating to them is very crucial and could help us achieve our goals.

A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is a version of a product with enough features to give clients in order to prevent lengthy and unneeded effort, whereas wireframing is an early stage of developing the features of a project or a startup.
A minimal viable product is a version of a product with just enough features for early consumers to use and provide feedback for future product development. Developers can potentially save lengthy and unneeded work if they focus on producing an MVP.
Wireframing is a method of establishing the structure and flow of potential design solutions by drawing overviews of interactive products. These diagrams are based on user and business requirements. Wireframes, whether on paper or in software, assist teams and stakeholders in conceiving of the best possible solution.

We identify two target markets in WEEK 5, the business-to-customer and business-to-business markets. But how did we come up with those two names? Do you want to know?
Our group wanted to underline that building a long-term relationship with customers has a substantial impact on a company's bottom line. The VMEB (Vendo Machine that Produces Eco Bricks) is a brand new product that will be introduced to the market. One of the key projects we know we'll never regret is designing a machine specifically for use in a home. Before arriving and recognizing this type of market, we acquire various perspectives and suggestions by interviewing a general demography, so that we can assist in a full examination of what the potential and challenges are. Before arriving and identifying this type of market, we gathered various opinions and advices by interviewing a general demographics, in order to assist us in a thorough examination of what are the possibilities and adjustments we could make along the way in creating a machine that would help our environment, households, and business establishments in the area.

From hypothesis formulation to potential customers and how our product may benefit them in the greatest way possible, we construct eight questions that we will examine and use to accommodate the needs and wants of our customers in relation to our offerings. We want them to provide us with open findings and suggestions that will assist us in growing in the most effective way possible.
We have been working our hardest as a group in recent weeks as we continue to discuss this topic, but we are only making small steps forward because we are on our way to achieving our goal. I believe that if we work together, we will be able to push beyond our constraints and believe that the possibilities are limitless no matter how small progress it is.

WEEK 3 BLOG:
In our week 3 we are task to interview people and ask them about our desired project. In our team we assigned each to interview some people no matter what are their age. Well our desired project is all about "Plastic Bottles converted into Bricks".
After interviewing at least ten people about our Vendo Machine, which converts plastic into bricks, we decided to launch our firm. We're here to help.
Their favorable response has enlightened us, and they have expressed interest in as well as support for our new firm. During the interview, eight out of ten people said yes. Ten out of ten people said they have a lot of plastic garbage because they can't toss it out or burn it because of the smell. It can have negative effects on the environment when it dumps into people's homes. Furthermore, seven out of ten participants said that the plastic
Other plastics are simply thrown away, while those that have the potential to be recycled are converted into storage for food, sauce, or other components.
Moreover, when asked about the Vendo Machine, which converts plastic into eco bricks, 9 out of 10 people said that if it is possible, it will be done. Aid the discomfort of everyone including the environment, they claimed that eco-bricks are a wonderful solution to reduce plastic waste and it would give a contribution to the industry of construction.

Airah ( The Hustler), Krycht ( The Hipster) and Mary (The Hacker) are my beautiful and lovely team. I am so thankful for having them as my team because I feel comfortable and not left out of the group. The team that I've always been wanting is in them, very kind , helpful, understanding and caring members I've ever had.
In our week 2 activity we start discussing about our results in BIIT and MBTI, we share and talk about it, some of the members got high scores and others also got low we discuss about if it's true base on reality and asking also others about ourselves to reflect on the test we take. After discussing about it we proceed to choose the best name of our group to be use in our GROUP NAME and assign each one of us in our roles. We enjoyed while discussing it, we feel like we are just like chit chatting, we don't feel so much pressure because we believe that we can do it no matter what. And then after that we start up talking about the 5 ideas we want to share in our presentation.
Having these kind of members that is cooperative can make you calm and doesn't feel too much pressure.

Personally, I can consider myself that I am a kind of person who is friendly because I have a lot of friends yet the friendliness in me has a choice and a standard. The standard I'm referring to is his or her attitude toward me, not the status of his or her life. I don't want to interact with someone I don't like at first because I don't feel more comfortable with them and I don't want to pretend to like them even though I don't. I have a lot of friends and I already trust them, but not fully since I believe that even if we've known each other for a long time, we can't always trust each other completely, but I can say that we share a similar outlook on life.
According to the results of my own innovation mindset test, I only received a score of 73.88, indicating that my innovation mentality is not fixed, maybe due to a low slow score in diversity and trust, which is true based on my own answers. The term "trust" is a simple one, but it requires a lot of evidence to gain a person's trust. And in Diversity I usually communicate or talk to people who has a same background in me because sometimes I can feel awkward to talk to people who is in higher status in life, maybe because I feel I am not on their level and the thing is I really don't want to pretend on things that I don't want because I am just a simple person. If they like me, then they like me, if they don't then don't , just that simple and no hurt feelings at all.
Well moving forward to Myers Brigg Test Indicator the result is I am Advocate, Diplomat and Confident Individualism. For me yes it's true but there were still times that I am not confident In what I am doing, I feel hopeless, fearless and insecure too. But I do believe I am still young, I know I can improve myself better, I can learn a lot of things, I can gain more knowledge and I will learn to be more sociable and diversive person.
