ICFAI Business School Extends Last Date to Apply for IBSAT to 17 December 2018
ICFAI Business School, one of most eminent business schools in India, has extended the last date to apply for IBSAT to 17th December, 2018. Earlier, the last date to apply for the same was 12th December, 2018. The extension of the date has been done as candidates might have missed to register due to difficulty in accessing IBS web site due to heavy web site traffic congestion. Those who missed the previous deadline, can now apply for IBSAT
IBSAT 2018 admit card will be issued to the candidates, who successfully register before the due date. Admit card will be issued online after the end of the registration date i.e. 17th December. The date of IBSAT 2018 examination is on 22nd and 23rd December, 2018. Successful candidates will be eligible for the selection process at ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, for the batch starting 2019. The selection process will include Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Registration forms for IBSAT 2018 are available online at the official website https://www.ibsindia.org. To register, the candidates must fill the online registration form and submit it along with payment of Rs.1800 as the application fee through credit card/debit card/internet banking. After successful registration, candidates need to fill an online application form. Candidates need to provide a valid mobile number, valid email id and marks obtained in 10th, 12th class and marks obtained in graduation in the application form. In addition, a scanned image of passport size photograph which should be within 25KB size and in JPG/JPEG format needs to be uploaded. Each candidate then needs to book IBSAT test slot of his/her convenience online, and print the admit card. This admit card along for IBSAT 2018 with valid photo identity proof must be carried by the candidate to the exam venue.

Last Date to Apply for IBSAT 2018 is Closing Soon
IBSAT is among leading national level MBA entrance exam in India which is conducted every year in the month of December for admission in ICFAI Business School. Unlike other MBA Entrance Exam, there are no negative marks for IBSAT. The date to apply for IBSAT 2018 is closing on 12th December 2018. Test centre slot booking link is already live. Those who have applied can download their admit card and book their desired test location. Applying early for IBSAT gives an advantage of choosing desired test date and test location. Waiting for last date might not give this advantage.
IBSAT 2018 exam will be conducted on 22nd and 23rd December 2018. Result is expected to be declared in January 2019. Those who qualify IBSAT will be called at IBS Hyderabad campus for GD and PI. For the Third Time ICFAI Business School Won Dark Side CASE Award in an Event Organized by AOM
ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad has won the prestigious “Dark Side CASE Award” for the third time. The event was organized by the Critical Management Studies division of Academy of Management (AOM). 78th conference of the AOM was held in in Chicago from 10th August to 14th August 2018, where ICFAI grabbed the award for the CASE “Ashley Madison Hacking and the Ethics of Hacktivism” written by Dr. Debapratim Purkayastha, Ms. Syeda Maseeha Qumer and Mr. Koti Vinod Babu. Another CASE which make into the final was “United Airlines Inc.: The Manhandling Incident” written by Dr. Vijaya Narapareddy (University of Denver), Ms. Qumer and Dr. Purkayastha was also a Finalist in the competition.
The Abstract of the winning CASE “Ashley Madison Hacking and the Ethics of Hacktivism” explains the ethical issues in hacking the website Ashley Madison. The website was hacked in July 2015 by a group who called themselves “The Impact Team”. The Impact Team stole the profile of their customer along with other personal details and later the hacked data online because as per the hackers Ashley Madison did not fulfil their demand of shutting the website. According to those hackers, they hacked Ashley Madison website because they condemn their mission of arranging affairs between married individuals and deprecate their business practices, especially users paying USD19 for the privilege of deleting all their data from their website.

IBSAT 2018 Notification Released by ICFAI Business School for Admission in MBA
MBA Buzz is back with launch of IBSAT 2018 notification for admission in all 9 campuses in ICFAI Business School. IBSAT is a 2 hours computer Based Test (CBT) which consists of 140 questions. Aim of IBSAT is to test the in quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning and reading comprehension of MBA aspirants. The test is conducted by The ICFAI Foundation of Higher Education (Declared as a Deemed-to-be-University under Section 3 of the UGC Act 1956). IBS Hyderabad offer MBA/Phd program, MBA program is offered at IBS Dehradun and IBS Jaipur Campus. IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune offers Post Graduated Program in Management (PGPM).
2016 onward scores of GMAT® / CAT / NMAT by GMACTM are also accepted for admission in ICFAI Business School. For PhD program, IBS Alumni, M. Phil degree holder and UGC NET qualified aspirants need not to apply for IBSAT 2018.
Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks and have 15+ years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis) with medium of instruction as English are eligible for admission in MBA/PGPM program. Candidate not meeting eligibility criteria of English in Graduation can submit their TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by May 31, 2019.
Final year graduate student can also apply if they can complete their graduation (including practical examinations / viva / assignments) before May 31, 2019.
Applicant who qualifies IBSAT/ GMAT®/ CAT/ NMAT by GMACTM will be called for selection process at IBS Hyderabad campus.
Application submission for IBSAT 2018 has started from 1st July 2018 and will end on 12th December 2018. IBSAT 2018 test will be conducted on 22nd and 23rd December 2018 and result will be declared in 1st week of January 2019. Selection briefing will start on 13th January 2019 and will end on 20th January 2019. Selection process will commence from 20th February and will conclude on 26th February 2019.

Thousands of MBA Aspirants Attended Selection Process at ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad
ICFAI Business School successfully conducted their selection process for 4000 odd seats for all 9 campuses. Selection process started with briefing by Directors of ICFAI Business School, Principle of other universities, National and International recruiters and alumni of IBS. After that it was followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
While addressing the students Mr R. R. Reddy, registrar ICFAI Business School, said, “We make the difference by hand holding the students right from the word go. The new concept of outside classroom learning has been a major influence on the learning capabilities of students.”
25% of core course and electives go through curriculum changes every year at ICFAI Business School which ensures that students understand the emerging business area better than the traditional way of learning.
Around 44% students at ICFAI Business School are girls which show interest of girls are increasing in field of management and business. Further Mr. R. R. Date of IBSAT 2017, a gateway for all 9 campuses of ICFAI Business and among leading National level MBA Entrance exam is extended till 18th December 2017. For those who looking to get admission in ICFAI Business School and missed the chance yesterday because of various reasons have one more opportunity to take a step toward their better future. ICFAI Business School is among leading Management College in India which provides MBA/PGPM program. Only IBSAT 2017 date is extended. Dates of Examination, selection briefing, selection process etc will remain same.

There are limited capacity is left at test centres for IBSAT 2017 examination, so if MBA aspirants are looking for desired date and test centre should wait any long and apply soon. Test centres and dates are allotted on basis of first come first serve.

Tomorrow is the Last Date to Apply for ICFAI Business School

IBSAT 2017 is a gateway for all nine campuses of ICFAI Business School. It is among one of the leading national level MBA entrance exam in India. IBSAT unlike other MBA entrance exam don’t have any sectional cut off or negative marking and this is why it is considered as selection process.
