Felicia sighed as Setsuna gave her the pitcher of water. “Uh... thanks I guess...?” Felicia thanked with uncertainty. For some reason Felicia expected more from Setsuna but was sorely mistaken and a bit disappointed. Felicia ran over to the fire and quickly tried to douse the flame with the pitcher water.
Wait....
Wasn’t this suppose to be the part where the flames were extinguished? Why was it growing bigger?
It was at that moment that Felicia gasped in horror. “O-oh no! I forgot it was a grease fire!!! Water doesn’t help with that. O-oh no no no! What do we do?!?” She exclaimed as she grabbed Setsuna by the shoulders and shook her in panic.
Flash Fire
Shaking her head was the short answer, the long answer being a resoundingly bored, “Nooo…”
Mind you, she wasn’t refusing wasn’t out of cruelty or because she wanted to watch the world (table?) burn. She just thought it was exciting to see a fire in a castle for once in her life. As she stared into the flames engulfing everything in its path, she thought to herself, This is pretty… interesting.
A faint smile appeared on her face. So distracted by the flames, she failed to notice Felicia’s frantic puppy dog eyes until the flames had spread to a wooden bowl of mashed potatoes.
“Oh,” she said. “So you need help?”
She sighed and walked toward the fire, not flinching when it crackled angrily. No, all she did was grab a glass pitcher of water and then slowly amble back to Felicia. She handed it to her.
“Here you go.”
After all, Setsuna had no intention of actually doing anything herself. That would be too much effort.

Felicia turned when she noticed Jacob in the doorway. “Oh! Jakob, I hope you’re doing well today! I’m doing fantastic! I finally made a decent pie, and in fact, it’s the best pie I’ve ever made!” Felicia smiled proudly. “Would you like to try a piece?” She asked her colleague, hopeful to impress him with her new fond “talent”. “It’s cooling by the window right now. I have to make sure it’s at the perfect temperature to serve to Lady Corrin!”
Pie Day
It was a relitively peaceful day at the court, as well as yet another slow one. Corrin had decided to spend the day with some friends, and insisted that she’d be going out–and that Jakob didn’t need to. Which normally would have annoyed him, but Corrin’s friends weren’t necessarily his anyway. It was also a good opportunity to work through chores at a leisurely pace, as well as take all the naps he pleased.
One such nap was interrupted when a particular scent invaded his consciousness, nagging at him until he woke up. Waking with a start, Jakob wasted no time rushing to the kitchen; while whatever must have been cooking smelled quite wonderful, he could also detect the faintest hint of burning. He’d worked with too many of all the wrong people to assume it was already under control.
He did not slow down, even when he was a few feet from the kitchen’s doorway, and in his anxiousness, did not notice that while the smells were getting more strong from proximity, the smell of burning was not.

Pie Day
@dourbutler
Yes! She had finally done it! After months of trial of error she did it! Felicia had finally baked, the perfect pie. Well, it wasn’t perfect persay. It was lopsided and a bit burnt but to Felicia, it was perfect because it was editable, unlike her numerous other attempts.
“Now, the only thing left to do! I must let it cool. Lady Corrin will be so proud of me.” She hummed happily.

“Y-you’re not going to help me...??” Poor Felicia was about to cry. She just wanted to light some nice scented candles for Corrin but she ended up setting a bouquet of flower aflame. She gave Setsuna a puppy dog pout unconsciously. Gods Lord Xander would never let her cook again! Jacob would not let her down! She had to figure out a way to put it out.
Flash Fire
Setsuna was going about her daily routine, which consisted of wandering the castle grounds aimlessly. For better or worse, she had yet to stumble upon any traps. Instead, she was preoccupied with following her nose. If she wasn’t mistaken, something smelled like it was burning.
Eventually she made it to the dining room. Before her was a burning table and a panicked maid. She stared listlessly at the scene for a few long seconds.
“Oh no,” she said eventually. She didn’t sound very concerned. “This is bad…”
She stepped towards the flames, stopped when she was close enough to touch them. Then she cast her gaze towards a pitcher of water. If only she cared enough… But hey, this was pretty exciting.
“Someone should probably put it out,” Setsuna suggested, implying she was not going to be that someone. Felicia looked like she was handling it well enough on her own.

Flash Fire
“O-oh no! Gosh!” Felicia exclaimed in panic. Somehow, she managed to catch the dinner table on fire. Gods what can she do? As she scrambled to put out the fire she heard footsteps approaching. “O-oh no no no! What do I do???”
