Sorry for the silence! I am, as of posting this, working on a chapter I'm hoping to get out soon. I've been handling a lot of things in my life that have made it hard to write, but I think I'm getting back into the swing of doing a drabble at least once a day.

I'm Ichor, and I'm an 18-year-old writer and artist currently obsessed with Dandy's World. I go by he/they pronouns and am transmasc!

Please remain polite, don't ask for my main, and don't ask to be friends. I'm absolutely fine with being mutuals to people who I interact with, but I'm incredibly bad at socializing normally outside the game.

Feel free to send in asks! Those are the main ways I like to interact with people on here, as it gives me a chance to rant and ramble about things of interest without starting the conversation. I love looking at other people's art, writing, and ideas! So don't be afraid to send something in.

I use the block button freely to curate my online experience. If I'm unhappy with someone or something, I block them and move on. No hard feelings!

Teagan hummed gently, a sweet, simple melody coming from her as she poured her cup of tea. Delicately grasping the intricately decorated teapot, she smiled at the comforting sight of steam rising from the cup and the fragrance of rosemary tea wafting throughout her room room.

Well - Her and Shrimpo’s, of course. Speaking of:

“Sugar cubes, dearest?” Teagan hummed, already reaching for a plate prepared with sugars, spices, and similar delicacies.

“I HATE SUGAR!!!” Shrimpo responded lovingly.

hi c: just wanted to say i’ve been reading through dead weight and your writing is genuinely some of the best ive seen from the dandy’s world fandom!! you write the characters incredibly well and i’m especially a fan of how you write the game mechanics into the story itself :D keep it up ^^

I hope you know this ask has lifted my mood immediately. This was a wonderful start to my morning to open my inbox and see this.

As a little treat, you get some wips!

I collected some ideas from people I went on runs with. With permission, I've also noted down their users to credit them when the chapters are posted!

My idea notes tend to be everywhere, so it'll be a really well written sentence for one and "oh god . they ... angst.." on the next one.

I've already started on the Moonflower one, and I think it's beginning to form really well! I'm not having any problems getting it written beyond the energy needed.

Not only that, but I'm thinking of doing some runs to get the adrenaline and energy up to work on it. I've been encountering a lot of... interesting people. Most of them bicker with me because they don't like how I play. (Extraction Pebble mainly gives me these encounters, and I clarify that I am not solely distracting at the very beginning.)

Sneak peek of a drabble for @honeydewandcake !

New ships I love will always be inspired from art/ideas other people have made. I am VERY easily swayed by good art and scenarios that fit them so well.

Woe, Dandy and Shrimpo be upon ye. Hoping to get this finished and posted soon.

“I don't want your gifts.” Shrimpo bites out, wiping away the drying tears on his cheeks.

“Well, that's no fun!” Dandy pouts playfully, stepping to the side and releasing Shrimpo's hands. Sitting on the bed is a little plushie imitating him, something similar to the main Toons and their higher quality plushies found in the gift shops. “You didn't like my plushie, so I figured one of you would be better!”

With a hesitancy Shrimpo hasn't felt in a while, he steps closer to the edge of the bed, picking up the softer imitation of himself. Turning over to inspect it, every detail has full love and care put into it. The fabric is soft, the face is made of a fluffier material, there are beads sitting at the bottom of the torso to make it a little heavier, and more.

Shrimpo hasn't gotten anything like this before.

He sniffles, wiping at his face with his arm. Dandy's coo of affection is ignored as he grips the plushie tighter, arms shaking.

“It's stupid.” Shrimpo growls, letting it drop to the floor. It takes everything in him to not scoop it back up. “Can you leave now?”

“That's fine!” Dandy beams, turning to leave. “I'll find out what you like, and I'll give you the best gift ever!”

Dandy has the decency to shut the door, leaving Shrimpo to stare down at the toy silently. It stares back up at him with the stupid frown on its face, a lot cuter compared to the face Shrimpo makes.

It's a gift he wasn't expecting to get. Dandy had been planning stuff like this for months now, eager to find out what Shrimpo liked in a gift. Each attempt was slowly wearing down his resolve, wearing down the insults and mean words that he used to have no problem with saying.

Crouching down, Shrimpo picks it back up, hugging it to his chest.

His fingers dig into it, hiccuping again. The tears return at full force, rolling down his face and dripping onto the plushie.

Climbing into bed, he curls up with the plushie held close.
