When people bring up October 7th sexual assault they conveniently forget that they've been completely silent for the 75 years worth of sexual violence Palestinians face at the hands of Israelis and that's why I can never take them seriously and know that the only reason they care is because the people they view as people were assaulted rather than those terrorist Palestinians. Did you know that my friends and family who go to palestine to visit talk about getting regularly strip searched? companies are delusional if they think consumers don't notice shrinkflation. less food in the package, less medicine in the jar, less whatever in the wherever, it doesn't matter where and it's almost always noticeable. like i just finished one box of medicine and we opened another allegedly identical one that we just bought and lo and behold, the four middle medicine segments were gone from the package. they took out four pills from the same sized box and sold it at the same price without any indication on the box other than the small number in the corner. ridiculous

Israel is now carrying out another massive terrorist attack in Lebanon. Similar to the pager attack yesterday, Israel is targeting electronic devices and making them explode all over the country:

Reuters news agency reported, citing both a security source and an eyewitness, that the devices involved in Wednesday’s explosions were portable radios, unlike the pagers that were attacked the previous day. Al-Mayadeen reported that the devices, apparently ICOM V82s, detonated, and “due to the devices containing highly flammable lithium batteries, the explosions were severe.” “The explosions caused massive fires in cars, motorcycles, apartments, and stores all over Lebanon,” the report added.

Several residential buildings and shops are on fire. Nine people have been killed so far, and hundreds more are wounded.

People with family in Lebanon are now receiving texts and calls from their loved ones telling them not to worry if they don't hear from them for a few days, as they're scared their phones might be rigged with explosives.

What do you call this, if not terrorism?

Some of y'all really need to learn that queer people living in poverty bringing up the lack of class consciousness in the broader queer "community" isn't queerphobia. It's curious, then, how you can look this shit up and see that they can still be prescribed to children so long as it's prescribed for reasons other than dysphoria (aka for reasons other than transness) aka it's EXPLICTLY about about trans kids. not drug companies, which can still sell their drugs to anyone, including children (as long as they're not taking the medicine for trans reasons, oh no, we can't have that!), it's about denying trans children something that has been used to help them for decades. these drugs have been used since the 80s for many, many reasons, for many people, for many children. there's no "growing evidence" that they're harmful besides the trans panic that's been all over the news, ESPECIALLY in the uk. "scary new data" is, again, because of the trans panic that's been everywhere. are you actually serious? you think people only HAPPENED to find "evidence" just now while trans people and trans children are under constant attack for existing? people in the US already tried bullshitting as many studies and "finding" as much "new data" as they could to back up THEIR claims, do you think the UK is somehow above being that vile and cruel? you're either a bad ally or you're willfully ignorant. get fucking better.
