WELL WELL WELL you all really went out and left my greatest expectations in shambles this week. 😆 Word on the street is you made Fearless (my version) the biggest country album first week of the last 6 years and the top release of 2021 so far. Honestly??? How?? Did I get this lucky???? I wanted to say thank you to you so today I will be addressing a very pressing issue. 🐈🐈⬛❓
Omg thank you I learn it from mom (Taylorswift.) Swifties are some of the most supportive people I lit rally am so happy to be on swiftie tumblr. THANK YOU
Hey besties,
I wrote this song this year and it gives me champagne problems and tolerate it vibes. It would mean the MOST to me if you checked it out.
@taylorswift you should also listen ilysm k, bye❤️
Described by Swift as an expansion on the country sound of her debut album, Fearless is a country pop record with crossover elements that critics found appealing to a broad audience. Its production incorporates acoustic instruments such as banjo, fiddle, and guitar. Inspired by Swift’s feelings ensued from personal romantic relationships as a teenager, the lyrics explore facets of love, from infatuation to heartbreak. The title refers to what Swift described as the mutual theme of all songs, as they altogether depict her courage to embrace the complexities of love.
It also got me through the worst part of my life as a middle schooler, so there’s that too.
I don’t think @taylorswift will ever understand how fearless changed my life. I was 11 years old almost 12 when I put fearless on for the first time in my little pink bedroom. I used to write poems in journals never thinking they would amount to anything. I would write little song since I was 7 but it wasn’t until I heard Fearless that I took it seriously. It was the albums that changed how I saw music. I saw a girl doing exactly what I wanted to do and she was talented enough to write all her own songs. At 12, I went in my room and wrote a song that I’m still proud of, all because of Fearless. And the fact that she didn’t own her own work? For all the people she inspired with that album she didn’t get to own her WORK? Anywho. I don’t know how I can accurately express how thankful I am for her.
