Saying that Ichiruki doesn't parallel Isshin and Masaki is kinda funny because it's the opposite! Kubo copied himself the Ichiruki moments from the first two arcs and decided to put into Ichigo's parents relationship, he decided himself to use Ichigo and Rukia panels to make Isshin and Masaki romantic 🤷‍♀️

What if the day you die in the human world is the day you are born in Soul Society

Aizen's birthday is on 29 of May

What big historical event took place on that date?

On 29 May 1453 the Byzantine empire fell,so wouldnt be crazy if Aizen was the last royal guard of the last Emperor of Byzandium? Oh it would be so ironic if the guy that hates control and authority,in his previous life was the protector of such figure!!!

Like even Las Noches fortress looks a little bit like Agia Sofia,but im propably reaching too far hahah!!

Before I started watching the anime I've seen people saying that "The first and second arc have a lot of IR scenes added unnecessarily". I generally tend to like canon ships, so I decided to just pay attention and watch anyway.

I pick up a manga right before Hueco Mundo arc, take a look: and you know what? All the IchiRuki scenes I thought were filler are actually CANON. The Urahara-Ichigo talk? Canon. Renji looking at Rukia all like "I haven't seen her this happy in a long time"? CANON!

That scene where Ichigo is clearly upset and only Rukia is able to cheer him up? Sure is canon.

They have to gaslight the first-time watchers so that they believe the canon ships are more valid than they actually are. This is absolutely insane, btw.

I love this two so much! The first fanfic of FanFiction is from 2006!! I would like to see more art from both of them. Maybe in the future, I'll consider commissioning fanarts based on my fanfic.

Never going to get over the fact Ichigo blew past every enemy, every ally, every dear friend laying wounded and bleeding and broken on the ground to quietly stand with Byakuya in what they both thought were his final moments.

He checked on Rukia, but left her on the ground.

He checked on Renji, but left him collapsed in rubble.

He'd left behind his human friends.

He'd torn through the one enemy directly in front of him and blew past all the rest as unimportant.

All to be at Byakuya's side. All to listen to what might have been his final words and last request and cry with him over the horror and tragedy of his death and the ruin of Soul Society.

This is equally as profoundly devoted and romantic as Byakuya unhesitatingly killing someone he thought was a mentor because they were Ichigo's enemy.

They both, in separate situations, unprompted by anyone, chose the other over everyone else in a desperate situation.

1) I would have gotten some kind of email from Ao3 if this was true

2) this comment is formatted to be perfect to tack onto any fic they choose

3) ALSO why on earth would Ao3 get rid of entire fandoms off the site? Even if they WERE inactive? Who knows if others will be ‘late’ to the fandom and want some fic to read. Who knows if someone wants to come back to their 6 year old account only to find most of their fics deleted.

I’m lucky to be a reasonable adult who has seen tricks like these who also had a very kind person comment their own doubts.
