Just realized my fashion sense can be described as male grunge band. Just baggy jeans, flannel, long hair, beanies. Maybe painted nails. Maybe not. Corduroy and jean jackets.

I need to up my antidepressant more but my next appointment isn't until early June. I'm trying to be patient but part of me wants to do a walk in and ask for a higher dose anyway.

I'm not suicidal anymore so win but it's still incredibly hard to function. I have small bursts of being able to do things and feeling better but they're very spotty. So I'm improving just not enough.
