Un mal augurio

In Ancient Rome, an augur was a type of priest that made predictions basing themselves on the movement of the birds. Considering Laffite's bird theme and mysterious devil fruit (which I love the theory of it being a stryx df) and Augur's tendency to shoot birds, I can't help but find a twisted link between the two.
