Okay I’ve had like 30 asks about this so imma just answer them this way:

Firstly..:I don’t stan G-Idle. I like they’re music but overall I’m not a huge fan.

Secondly, I’m not Muslim, but I can clearly see how the backdrop and other factors (?) or their performance last night could be hurtful. No religion should ever be made into an aesthetic.

However, I really doubt the girls had anything to do with this. Whether you blame Cube or the award show itself, I don’t think the girls personally picked it.

Still, it’s problematic and I’m willing to talk if anyone pops over to my ask box to further the discussion.

hi, okay, so I’m not gonna defend the girls on this one because using religious symbols, especially one that I associate with was very uncomfortable for me. however, I am taking this as a stepping stone with hopes that we can get over this by emailing cube about this, as well as GDA because I’ve seen from k-fans that they were the ones responsible for the stage. we will ask for an apology and hoping that we will get it, we can then move on to continue supporting our girls.
