“My favourite cart?”

He took a second to think and soon answered.

“There’s that one cart where it took a form of a fancy Study room. It has a lot of books that I like and no matter where we are, the view outside of the window would always be the same! of a beautiful garden and trees”

“It also has a Gramophone with countless discs of all kind that I can listen to. That cart feel like a moment of nostalgia that I can not put my finger on… it relaxing nevertheless.”

Marise was unsure if this method would work but at this rate he is so desperate to fix it by any means possible even if as small as memory exercises.

Marise tilted his head and a bit confused.

“I am not familiar with such things so how should I go about it? What should I do as an exercise for my memories?”

Without hesitation Marise nodded to the scientist’s question and answered.

“Actually, whenever I stare at myself in the mirror for too long, I start to get a bit of a headache as if I'm looking at someone I know rather than just myself. I thought it might be because my twin might look like me?? It doesn't stop there – sometimes I meet people who give me this weird feeling of nostalgia, even if I'm meeting them for the first time. It's like they have something about them that's similar to something in my past, making me unconsciously feel nostalgic.”

Marise sighed and leaned back on the chair.

“After experiencing that headache and feelings a lot of times, I started to rely more on my own emotions than my memories to help me remember stuff in some sense… hope it does make sense?”

When the scientists agreed to help him, Marise smiled to that and walked where the other is and sat on the opposite side of the table.

“Well you see, my memories are not the greatest… I tend to forget a lot of things in a short amount of time such as forgetting people and even sometimes forgetting my own name, I do not even remember my real name, the current one is just one I had been given by a sweet little girl.”

“Although those are just minor things, I could remember them again if I saw the person again or someone reminded me. The problem lies in my past, I… I do not remember a lot of my past and only small details but I especially can not remember the people who were dear to me or who I was! I know I had friends, a fiancé especially a family even a twin but every time I try to remember them I get a horrible headache.”

He took a second to think and sigh

“Sorry that was a lot to suddenly drop but I just want to know how I can at least remember their faces or names…”

is your hair natural white or not?

“My hair?”

“No my hair isn’t naturally this colour. If memories serve me right, I remember that my hair used to be light ginger or something along those lines, you can still though see hints of natural hair colour at the tips of my hair yet it is slowly fading away… I guess that one of the many side effects of me working in this train and not to mention the whole time travelling thing.”

What would your Oc(s) smell like? (not perfume, like general smells)

I feel is hard to explain the genuine smell Marise may have but I feel he would have a pleasant smell to him, not a strong one but one tho :3

Isn’t Marise a girl name?

“I believe so, although I come around to like the name so I kept it. I remember the way I ended up using this name was because of a little girl who found her way to my train. while we were looking for the timeline that she came from to send her back home, she wanted to know my name but as you know, I forgot my name so I let her pick whatever name she liked to call me by and she ended up picking Marise”

Marise smiled softly remembering the little girl, glad he still could remember her to this day “We went through many different timelines and worlds together to find her home and during that time we grew closer… but everything had to come to an end and when we finally found her home we said our goodbyes and as a way to honor her I kept the name she gave me”

“Well I am not sure if Logan would be interested or not but I can introduce you to him nevertheless. Logan is a nice guy and fun to hang out with so everyone deserves to get to know him óuò!”

Marise sigh and was quiet for a bit before he answered “probably because I am both literally and metaphorically their puppet and they can toy with me whenever they wants… I can not do anything against them to be perfectly honest with you. If they order me to do something I would do it without hesitation, basically their will would automatically becomes mine even if I hate it… not to mention my body is like a vassal to them and can take it anytime they want, that why they use a my face as well, a cruel reminder that my body is their’s and not mine anymore.”

He shrug his shoulders “although I do not care about it anymore… if anything I got used to their shenanigans and childish acts, I know how to deal with it at the most part. What truly annoy me is when they try to bother my friends because they are “bored”… just a word of advice if they ever show themselves to you again do not even pay mind to them, they want to get a reaction out of you so do not give them that”

"Marise~e, ah my friend, sorry for my absence! I hope it wasn't.. ah whatever. How were things around here while I was out?"

Logan peeked through Marise's door, waiting for his permission to enter his room.

Marise turned around to see Logan standing next to the door. he couldn't help but smile warmly when he saw him after a hot while. Although he wasn't sure if Logan had been gone for a long time or if he had lost track of time again, nevertheless~ he had missed him still. Even though to him, time seemed to pass unnoticed.

“Logan! It has been a while since we last met. I was not sure if you would visit me again anytime soon… but I am glad you showed up today!! As for what I have been up to, well, I have been spending most of my time here at the manor, just as usual.”

Marise gestures to him to come in already and not just stand there “But enough about me~ tell me about you? What were you up to these past few months??”

A small and light knock was heard behind Marise's door. The timetraveler stood there with a small smile and held a bouquette of different flowers which usually grew on clock vines.

"Happy early Valentine's, Marise! heard you liked clock vines so you know, picked some flowers from them just for you." He handed the bouquet to Marise before walking away, waving him a small goodbye

Marise was pleasantly surprised when Logan handed him a bouquet made of different types of flowers that grew on Clock Vines. He didn't really know what to say, nor did he have the time to react when he realized that Logan had already walked away while he was still in a daze.

All can Marise do is just smile warmly and think to himself “what a silly guy óuò….♡”

“Hmmm, Well I do not think I have a top favourite and the type of flowers I like may not even exist in this world but one of the few things I remember from my childhood is that there was that one flower that looked like a Clock Vine. I think I used to play in a field that had a lot of them and even collected a few along side my… my…”

Marise tried to remember who was the person who he used to collect the flowers with “…A..Amaria…??? H-how do I know that name-” the hardest he tried to remembered the more headache he got to the point he could not handle it and just stopped trying to and even forgot the name he just mentioned.

“Sorry… I do not seem to be able to remember anything else aside from the flower. But I guess you can say my answer for now is Clock Vine”

Fun fact of how Marise come to be:-

Marise was in fact a random test design I did for a character I originally wanted to make instead of him and that was a hybrid sheep/human drag queen twink Boy lol.

I struggled with the design and tried to test different hair styles and at one point I just somehow got carried away that I ended up with Marise’s design and the idea of a time space train conductor. So now you have the knowledge that Marise at one point was originally supposed to be a drag queen sheep man 😇✨

Marise holds on Logan hand and stormed out of the train with him without even bothering to talk back to the entity who just watch with a smirk, enjoying how they got into Marise’s nerves again… when Logan looked back over his shoulder while Marise was dragging him, he can see the Entity standing on the door of the train, still smiling but this time the longer he looked at them the more their appearance change from a beautiful elegant version of Marise to… a scary one that looking at it any longer may leave him with nightmares so is best to look away.

They arrived inside the manor, far away from the train. Which is surprising since Marise always love to stay in the train but it seem he in not in the mood to be there anymore and if anything he look more sad then angry now. Not sure what he should say to Logan anymore…

“I am sorry for all that… is been awhile since the last time we saw each other and yet when we finally met again, THEY had to ruin it for their own amusement. I do not know why they suddenly show themselves even tho they never truly cared to do so but…. Ugh~… sorry about all of that Logan, I will understand if you are upset…”

There is more that seem to bother him now then just that but he cares more about Logan’s thoughts now then his atm.

The Entity appeared pleased to finally meet Timey. They then released Marise and floated towards Timey, completely ignoring Logan's presence. They float around timely while having their fan covering the lower part of their… well… “Marise’s” face as if they studying Timey.

"Marise~e, ah my friend, sorry for my absence! I hope it wasn't.. ah whatever. How were things around here while I was out?"

Logan peeked through Marise's door, waiting for his permission to enter his room.

Marise turned around to see Logan standing next to the door. he couldn't help but smile warmly when he saw him after a hot while. Although he wasn't sure if Logan had been gone for a long time or if he had lost track of time again, nevertheless~ he had missed him still. Even though to him, time seemed to pass unnoticed.

“Logan! It has been a while since we last met. I was not sure if you would visit me again anytime soon… but I am glad you showed up today!! As for what I have been up to, well, I have been spending most of my time here at the manor, just as usual.”

Marise gestures to him to come in already and not just stand there “But enough about me~ tell me about you? What were you up to these past few months??”
