A DAY IN MY LIFE AS ADORBS PROJECT EMPLOYEE!

Pagi ini, Michiala memulai harinya lebih awal dari biasanya. Ia sudah menyiapkan alarm pukul 5.00, tetapi entah kenapa matanya baru terbuka pada pukul 5.15. “Ah! Kenapa aku malah terlambat bangun di hari pertama kerja?” gumamnya sambil melompat dari tempat tidur. Hari ini adalah hari pertama Michiala bekerja di Adorbs Project, perusahaan impiannya sejak masa kuliah.

Segera setelah mandi, ia bergegas berdandan. Namun, waktu berjalan begitu cepat, dan pukul 6.00 ia belum selesai sepenuhnya bersiap. Sambil panik, Michiala menghubungi Maudy, kakak kelasnya di kampus yang sudah bekerja di Adorbs Project selama lebih dari dua tahun. “Kak, aku bareng kakak ya hari ini,” tulisnya cepat. Maudy mengiyakan dan mereka sepakat bertemu di perempatan pukul 7.00.

Michiala tiba di kantor bersama Maudy, dengan rasa gugup bercampur antusias. Kantor itu lebih megah dari yang ia bayangkan. Maudy memperkenalkannya kepada beberapa orang yang nantinya akan sering berkolaborasi dengannya.

Michiala mengikuti briefing pagi bersama timnya. Sebagai bagian dari Graphic Design Team, ia bertemu dengan Lilia, rekan satu divisinya yang terlihat sangat ramah. Mereka langsung klop karena sama-sama memiliki passion dalam desain.

Tak hanya itu, ia juga berkenalan dengan tim lintas divisi. Ada Alan dan Nael dari Copywriting, yang dikenal dengan ide-ide kreatif dan sering memecah suasana dengan candaan mereka. Abey, anggota copywriting lainnya, lebih pendiam tetapi sangat teliti dalam pekerjaannya. Dari divisi Marketing, ada Zaiden, Mahes, dan Abel, yang semuanya terlihat profesional tetapi santai. Zaiden dikenal sebagai pengatur strategi yang andal, sedangkan Mahes dan Abel sering memberi insight berharga untuk kolaborasi antar divisi. Terakhir, ada Odes, leader tim yang tegas tetapi suportif. Ia memberi arahan jelas pada seluruh tim agar semua orang tetap berada di jalur yang sama.

Michiala mulai bekerja di proyek pertamanya: membuat desain visual untuk kampanye pemasaran terbaru Adorbs Project. Ia berdiskusi dengan Alan dan Nael untuk menyesuaikan desainnya dengan pesan yang ingin disampaikan. Candaan Alan sering membuat suasana menjadi lebih ringan, sementara Nael dengan cermat memberikan masukan yang detail.

Zaiden, Mahes, dan Abel dari divisi Marketing memberi panduan tentang target audiens dan strategi kampanye. Michiala merasa sangat terbantu dengan panduan mereka, terutama saat Mahes memberikan insight tentang tren pasar terkini.

Odes memeriksa progress proyek yang dikerjakan oleh tim. Meski terkesan tegas, Odes selalu memberi apresiasi atas usaha timnya, termasuk desain awal yang dibuat Michiala. Ia memberikan masukan yang sangat detail untuk memperbaiki desain agar sesuai dengan brief klien.

Hari pertama Michiala di Adorbs Project selesai. Meski cukup melelahkan, ia merasa puas dan bersyukur bisa bergabung dengan tim impiannya. Di perjalanan pulang, ia merenung, “Ini baru awal, tapi aku yakin, bekerja di sini akan jadi pengalaman yang luar biasa.”

Michiala sudah tidak sabar menghadapi hari-hari berikutnya di Adorbs Project, bersama orang-orang inspiratif yang kini menjadi rekan kerjanya.

BONCHERISE’S DAY

Aurhel Alana, lebih dikenal sebagai Aurhel atau Lana, adalah seorang member grup idola JKT48 asal Indonesia. Lahir pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2006, ia bergabung dengan JKT48 sebagai generasi ke-12. Aurhel dikenal karena kepribadiannya yang ceria, energik, dan memiliki bakat alami dalam menari serta bernyanyi.

Sebagai anggota JKT48, Aurhel aktif tampil di berbagai pertunjukan teater di JKT48 Theater, Jakarta, dan ikut berpartisipasi dalam berbagai kegiatan grup, seperti acara handshake, konser, hingga kolaborasi media. tau nggak sih guys, kalo employer branding itu ngaruh banget, aku adalah salah satu orang yang kemakan employer branding itu! gimana engga.. as gen z aku sering banget buka sosmed dan selalu lihat flippages nangkring di fyp tiktok aku, reels ig aku, atau bahkan sampe ke instastory. banyak temen-temenku yang magang di flippages bagiin cerita serunya selama magang disana pake hashtag #lifeatflippages, katanya bos dan directorsnya seru abis??? sering ditraktir pizza atau spaghetti atau bahkan sering jalan-jalan ke luar kota bahkan ke luar negeri. pengen juga. sukses sih menurut aku employer branding flippages!

hal itu tuh bikin aku as gen z kesenengan nanti kalo lulus pengen kerja di tempat yang work environment-nya tuh positif! dan salah satu dream company aku adalah flippages. pengen juga gitu pake lanyard keren, ngantor di gedung tinggi yang absennya tap kartu gitu. dan yang paling penting… dapet snack dan makan siang gratis! :p as a big fan of snack myself, aku tentu nggak akan lewatin poin penting ini ketika cari perusahaan, selain itu kata temenku nih yang pernah pake hashtag #lifeatflippages itu dia bagiin di instastory kalo kantin flippages itu luas banget, saking luasnya katanya kayak lagi jajan di lotte mart, terus ada lasagna yang super enak itu.
