Personal Experiences with the Elements

🌿Earth🌿

Exploring the woods around your house. The wave of flower smells as you enter the green house section of Walmart. The Grit of Dirt and Sawdust, the bark of dogwood trees. The Majesty of standing atop a mountain.

🌊Water🌊

Footprints in Wet Sand.  Sunken ships in shallow crystal waters. Quiet Murmurs of a nearby stream. Drinking from the hose. The calm quiet of a candle lit bath.

☁️Air☁️

Blowing up balloons so much my cheeks popped. Wind Whistling through Empty Caverns.  The Hot breath after eating Goulash. The sweet taste blueberry hookah.

🔥Fire🔥

Campfires in the woods. Birthdays and laughter. A halo of blue fire descending down in a water bottle. Hurricane Lamps. Igniting a gas lit stove.

💡Light💡

A single solitary ray peeking through darkened clouds. The magical glow of Fiber Optics Cables. Flashlights under the covers. Disney’s Main Street Electrical Parade. Fairy lights and Rope Lights.

👤Dark👤

Kisses under blankets. Auditoriums before the curtain rises on stage. Parking under the shade in the one lone parking lot tree. Silly late night conversations at a sleepover. The pitch dark crystal quartz cavern.  

⌛Time⌛

the last grains of sand in an hour glass dripping down. The beeps of an old Stopwatch. The final buzzer of a sports game. The deep swings of the pendulum of the Grandfather Clock. The chirp of the Cookoo bird at the top of the hour.

🌌Space🌌

Touching a moon rock.  Counting seven shooting stars while out at sea. Sharing eclipse glasses with strangers and texting them pictures of it. Having the fire alarm pulled at school so we could watch the space shuttle get piggy backed to Florida.

🍀Luck🍀

Finding a four leaf clover within 5 seconds of looking down. A reverse Ladybug with two red spots landing on me. Winning Budwieser Made in America 2013 Tickets. Seeing a moose outside our tent at the Grand Canyon. Guessing the number of pearls in an oyster and winning the two largest ones.

Messing up a conversation with my future husband only to have it now be our “How We Met” story.  Finding solace in a fandom and finding for life friends.  Being Adopted into my family because they bought a car for their Dogs. The call of Crystals in the shops and store.

New Moon in Virgo

🌙 17th September 2020

New moons are known for bringing a fresh energy and they usually mark a great time for new beginnings. But since we are currently in Mars retrograde, you really do not want to rush into anything new without taking your time to truly think it throught.

This new moon might be very frustrating for many of us. The moon will be aspected by Saturn, Neptune, Pluto and the Nodes. All of these are slow-moving planets with heavy energy. With all that, you really want to think far ahead.

Like I said before, we are experiencing Mars retrograde, so obviously that is working along the moon. At the time of the new moon, Mars will square Saturn. This makes us overly defensive and just adds to the frustrating energy.

I recommend grounding yourself and focusing on healing. You might be tempted to go out, start new things and just feel some adrenaline - this is all coming from Aries Mars - but just make sure you are staying safe and you realize how your actions could impact you in the future!
