Rant maybe?

OK so I'm a tall girl, not massive but I am taller than most girls

And I fucking hate it. Its fine being tall and skinny but I'm not and it just makes me even bigger and keeps reminding me that I'm taking up more space than the short cute girls are. I'm like an ogre and everyone just loves to point out how tall I am. Sitting at school desks Is torture, I feel like I'm spilling out over the sides. I need to lose this weight

Morning routine thingy since I have in person school now ugh

wake up ;

weigh self, do skin care routine, use face roller

breakfast: cereal with almond milk

brush teeth

do at least some makeup

pack lunch: rice waffles with cream cheese; carrot, cucumber, paprika; low calorie granola bar

DO NOT BUY STUFF AT SCHOOL! IF YOU FORGOT FOOD YOU AREN'T EATING. DO NOT GET ANYTHING AT THE TRAIN STATION. THE BAKERY IS A NO-GO. IF YOU HAVE TO GET SOMETHING HEALTHY euhgh

back from school: wash face, brush teeth! Workout before lunch/dinner

lunch can only be something healthy or low calorie, no nutella no chocolate anything for fucks sake.

if you have the time, walk or bike for at least one hour

always do a workout ALWAYS!!! atleast 2 a day from the app

keep room tidy

brush teeth and wash face every night!
