hi, hi! hope everyone's doing well! i come with another important question for y'all: so i originally wanted to release the prologue + chapter one, but i've ended up having to recode and rewrite a good chunk of chapter one, and it's taking me a lot longer than i anticipated. would people want me to release the prologue first or wait a little more to have them released together?

What's the time, Mr Wolf?

Happy full moon! I have a big announcement. Blood Moon now, officially, has an ending! In fact, it has several.

There are still a few endings unfinished, but I am ready to declare the vast majority of this project as ‘First Draft’.

I’m freaking out a little bit, not going to lie. This has been a year and a half in the making, and is the biggest project I’ve ever tackled before. I really REALLY hope you like it.

There is still a lot of work that needs to be done. I need to finish the outstanding writing, patch up some plot holes, edit, balance the final fight scene (this is a big one actually, if anyone thought it was too easy, or too hard, let me know).

Otherwise, I really hope you’ve enjoyed this journey so far. Thank you so much for those that have left feedback and support over the months. It’s been absolutely wonderful making this project with your help and enthusiasm.

do soldiers ever get reassigned into a different set of cards?

yup! it's an assignment given to you as a child, so once a soldier becomes of age, a direct superior will give a recommendation to stay on or be reassigned (it's only in rare cases though.)

i think i prefer to choose, but i’ve seen other IFs make like uquizzes that people can take to see what choices may fit them best! But i do like that you coded a whole quiz, i’m curious how you would incorporate in the story!

basically the aptitude test involves you making a series of choices, and i have each unit coded as a variable. depending on which choice you make, you earn another "point" for a unit, and at the end, your highest "score" is your result.

i especially love that the mc isnt alice, savior ane chosen one, but just a random soldier of the red queen. i love the idea of just being a normal citizen of wonderland. its really unique and sets it apart from otomes i read that had an alice in wonderland concept and had me play as alice. anyway!! i just want to say i super love your concept and am super hyped for it!

i wouldn't call rabbit hole an otome or a romance-centric game! it's an interactive fiction novel 😊 so romance isn't necessarily the main focus. thanks for being interested in it though! i'm soooo excited to have everyone play it

The Trouvaille demo is finally here!

Finally, after hours of hours of procrastinating on my assignments and learning how to code - finding myself in a constant losing battle with choicescript - I have a semi-working demo!

It's super broken with a million and one spelling errors and I'm still learning how I want to do stats, but the game is playable. I just wanted to introduce you lovely people to my writing style, the Curator, Jackie, and the Trouvaille universe.
