If you've been into Hetalia for more than five seconds, you've probably run into this picture, but just tonight, I was surprised to find that it was actually made as a promotional piece! (UK3 in the top corners is kind of an obvious tip off, but I never caught its meaning.)
This was for Iikuni Tsukurou Sekai Kaigi UK-hen Tea Time Magic 3 Haime, which is a doujin event held every year (sometimes twice a year) for distributing doujin books & merch that feature England. These events still run to this day, by the way!
The art was drawn by Asamura Kaori (浅村 香理.) Their pixiv account is no longer available, but if you'd like to see more of their work, their ID used to be 1826544 which you can input into any pixiv archive sites or relevant google searches. The site with info about the event is here, if you're curious. I really adore the layout of these websites, there's so much love put into Hetalia doujin events.

It's always such a bummer when an artist's presence has been wiped from the internet. I love Hetalia fan culture and history, so I'm a bit precious about saving the things I love and find interesting. I think the saddest case is the one that pertains to Aohara (circle: beryl,) a prominent artist who passed away in recent years and seemingly had their social media wiped after their death. I'm currently trying to collect all of the doujinshi they've published, but I wish the full breadth of their work was still available online. It's sad to lose access to an artist's personality in the wake of their life's end.

This is so funny. Imagine being a main character in one of the most popular anime of all time and yet your fans are like yummm happy birthday british twink 😋
(Context: It was Noriaki Sugiyama's birthday a few days ago and a survey was conducted to conclude which of his characters was the most popular. Sasuke ranked second.)
