deep water. or as she recalled her pack’s label for them; the rivals. among nicer words anyway. her family specifically warned the newly triggered wolf to stay away. though , evangeline was never one to follow the R U L E S. here she stood , in a small bar just outside of new orleans. phone vibrates in her hand before she replied to the girls text. they had a plan. it was crazy , maybe even delusional , but it was a plan. her only hope was that the two could actually accomplish something positive after all of this.

a thousand years ago, their packs wished for peace, why they had stopped it was beyond Aidana. surely a drift had been made when the crescents refused to aid those wolves running from Mikael. maybe it was something deeper, she doesn’t really know. what she does know, is that it’s dumb to keep on fighting. so they have a plan. she lets the other know she was running late and moments later, she finds the bar outside of new orleans with ease. and at the counter, she sees the young werewolf. “did anyone saw you come here?” aidana asks as she approaches, a small hint of a smile on her lips at the bartender before she turns serious to the other. “everyone of the deep water pack is asleep. i had to wait until they were all drifting.”

“to be fair, I don’t see the point of a school.“ but then again, Aidana was born in a century that the concept alone didn’t exist. she learned everything from experience and rough situations. “but i guess it’s good for hope to be here so yeah, i’m here to keep an eye on her.” and god knows her niece needed a watchful eye constantly. “and yes, i know it’s weird that i’m her aunt.” considering she is only years older than hope and her friends.

she is far from questioning the other’s presence. her curse upon the she-wolf broken the first time the woman died and that was enough to make aidana free from the other’s control. but she distastes witches, especially considering her own past. she feels uneasy, but she stands her ground. could it be possible that the woman had forgiven dana for what she did to the youngest of the mikaelson siblings.“if yo uwant to cast another curse, i should warn you, i’m not as breakable like the last time.” she had seen the horrors of the new century, she had seen her half-brother fight claws and all to defend his daughter. Aidana is going to do the same, as an act of redemption.
