Meh, my only problem with legit feminists is that they don't have any kind of achievable goals and thus the word "feminist" becomes meaningless. Lets say that you're trying to fight negative stereotypes against women... how are you gonna do that? Also, why do you care what a sexist thinks about women? Are you gonna fight it by pressuring people into putting more capable female characters in art? To a sexist that's just gonna look at best like pandering, at worst like propaganda/virtue signaling.

I agree it is a tough problem to solve. Back in the 50s, a lot more people were sexist compared to today. I'm sure the number can be reduced further. Yes, I am not denying that even the non radical feminists have some misguided and utterly ridiculous goals, like the manspreading campaign. But let us at least listen to the reasonable ideas?

One troubling trend I've been noticing more of is that people have started wholesale ignoring feminists. Yes, some of them are incredibly stupid. No, the onus isn't on women or other feminists to police them. Women don't have it as bad as 80 years ago, but sexism does still exist. If we're eliminating sexism, what does it matter if the movement is called feminism or egalitarianism or anything else? A few crazies shouldn't be allowed to hurt so many good feminists that actually care equally about both genders

The Liberals will be introducing legislation to legalize marijuana this Thursday. According to their estimates, this bill will legalize marijuana by summer 2018.
