Song of the Day: Glen Hansard "Didn't He Ramble"

Glen Hansard - "Didn't He Ramble" - This is a stripped down version of the song fond on the 2016 EP A Season On The Line.   I had a hard time choosing between this live performance and the studio version.  This one lets you see what a well constructed song it is and it stands on it's own really well. But man, when the horns come in on the chorus in the studio version, it is just killer. You should definitely go check it out.

Throwback Thursday: The Avett Brothers "Talk On Indolence"

This was the first thing I ever saw/heard from the Avett Brothers. This video was included on the DVD that came with my summer issue of Paste Magazine. I was instantly hooked. Despite being a little disappointed by their last few releases, I am very much looking forward to the release of their new album, True Sadness, on June 24th.
