I respect everything you’re saying. I just wanted to say though that there was no proof that he did anything wrong. Thinking about doing it isn’t the same as doing it. Either way I know it’s not great. But if we punished everyone for every bad thought they’ve had then the whole world deserves to be punished. Yes it was his decision to leave and no he shouldn’t be pressured into coming back if he doesn’t want to. But I would hate to see him lose his entire career over a thought

I hope everyone has been hanging in there. it's been a rough time and I've thought countless times how to address this situation. as an ikonic myself who has been supporting the guys ever since the WIN era, I have to say what's on my mind.

I dont think anyone should push hanbin to come back. he made his decision. he did something wrong and he's taking the consequences of his actions. honestly the news really disappointed me because I really loved hanbin, he was and always had been one of my bias. I used to look up to him considering he has been through a lot and at some point I understand he was seeking a way out his problems but things have to be called by their names. he did wrong and nobly acknowledged it, stepping down. I'm proud of him for doing that. it doesnt give anyone the right to keep on pressing down selfishly on something because he decided that what was best was to leave ikon. it's his decision, as a leader. he did right. he isnt above anyone, if someone does make a mistake, they should be punished, right? and his decision was to admit and be punished for what he did. that's Nobel. he didnt take advantage of his title or anything in order to get away with it so please understand his decision instead of going around signing petitions. how would you feel if you made a decision and people lowkey forced you to take your decision back? that's not what healthy "relationships" work based on. respect his decision, please. also, he was a role model to kids. this decision of him was the right thing. I honestly have to say that as much as I want to support him and as much as I'm proud of his decisions, I cant look up to him anymore. I'd rather end this on a happy note in which I see him as the leader of a very hardworking group.

in case ikon decides to continue working, I'll support them still because once again, this was not involving the guys. and they're going through a hard time right now.

now, regarding yg. I cant help but lowkey snort and roll my eyes at the fact everyone is pointing fingers at him, once again. yeah, he did wrong, he did a bunch of shit but is e v e r y t h i n g his fault? no, lol. he resigning bcs well prolly he cant keep up with all the drama going down I mean it hasn't even been a month since the seungri scandal rip. let's see what yg gonna turn into since everyone keeps saying that yg would be better off with yg. honestly, only time can tell. let's see what the company comes into.

honestly this is gonna be quite a long rant I believe so feel free to skip this I guess?

okay so I've been working for almost a year. we gucci, I think I needed to get my head down to earth and I'm very happy that i got a job so easily. however, let me tell you. i think people are nowhere near mature, sadly. and I'm not talking about kids. I'm talking about grown ass people. like now, I understand you ain't having a good day or that you're tired from work but guess what. just like you, I work and your attitude towards me will obviously determine the way I act to you. I don't expect everyone to be nice but I'd like people to be a little more aware. I work on a clothes store. now, let's get down to this.

- just because I ain't working on the so called "prideful" and "good" jobs (along with a ton of other flattering adjectives) it doesn't mean I'm less human, nice, rational, etc. like im working bcs I need the money, right? boy you dont need to come up to me and act like a total bitch bcs honestly it ain't my fault you having a bad day.

- the customer is right is very 2013. excuse me but this ain't it. I dont mean to be rude towards whoever but if I take certain measures it's because I'm forced to. like for example a lot of customers come claiming they dont have the receipt from their purchase. my job, as the person who's helping out in the store is to follow the stores rules aka no receipt, no return, I'm sorry. you dont have to act rude to me when I'm following rules. it was n o t me who made them, in first place and people are meant to be responsible for the stuff they do. honestly half the time I feel like snapping at people when they act rude bcs they give me "it ain't my fault this is like this" or "im disappointed that you guys do this this way bcs other stores dont" well, go to the other store? be responsible and dont throw away the receipts ???? idk man

- I just cleaned this specific place and you go in and just happily mess it. that is disrespectful. yeah I understand you want to touch clothes and see if you like them but you really DONT need to yeet the clothes into the next universe. do you do that at your house? then please dont do it at the stores. its tiring to be cleaning up after people's messes.

- taking clothes with you to try them in the fitting room that's perfectly fine but at least make sure to bring them back out instead of letting them on the floor, hanging on the hangers that are in the fitting rooms or just casually shoving the hangers of the actual clothes into them. you're ruining perfectly fine clothes. and now this may make no sense to you like lmao but think over it. those clothes will be thrown away most the time. my store does give them to charity as long as it wont have anything that endangers people's lives. but it doesnt make sense that the same ppl who talk about how much waste we are making and how bad it is for the environment are the same who casually ruin clothes.

- be mature. I think people need to be mature. people are so open minded these days but I'm honestly scared of the next generations. like everyone claims "I NEED to be respected" but what about the person in front of you? respect is something that should be the base for who we are, tbh. like I get it, we are all different but seriously? just because I'm on my shift it doesnt mean I'm any less respectable than anyone else. I'd like people to think over their actions bcs this is honestly an everyday thing.

- if I approach you when working, don't take it as an offence. I'm genuinely trying to help. I'm not accusing you of stealing or anything, I'm just trying to be helpful. body language is very important, so I'll end up understanding if you're okay with my help or not but people jump to conclusions too quickly rip

I know this may mean nothing to 90% of the people who read this but be aware of your actions, please. I have noticed I have to better myself in so many things, honestly, and this won't really change unless people are aware of it. put yourself in people's shoes. would you like it if these things were done to you?

I've been wanting to rant over this for so long. it's just frustrating to be okay with people when people just dont collaborate. I'm even surprised this comes from the older generations and not so much from the younger ones. but once again, this world is weird lmao.

guys, respect is one of the most important things. respect is something that should be actually present in our everyday life, no matter what.

just because someone is disrespectful towards you, it doesn't mean you have to pay them on the same coin.

today, I was faced with a meh situation. this customer was rude as heck because they were the customer and I just really would like to speak my mind out for a bit.

a. respect is an ideal people should be leaning towards

b. just because you're the customer, it doesn't mean you are r i g h t much less gives you the right to be rude and godmooding over whoever is working.

c. if someone is being rude to you, you don't have to pay them back in the same coin.

d. if you are working, you must not lose your cool, much less be rude back to the person.

yeah, some people are just... stupid but for me at least, a stress free life seems quite pleasing.

I honestly get pissed when customers just act like they know everything and would very much like to make them understand that I'm following rules and that I'm just trying to do my thing. from my point of view, it's hard af to just play it cool and go along with it and honestly, there's nothing wrong with answering customers back.... respectfully. they may not deserve it but honestly? just because they're bad people it doesn't mean I have to act the same way towards them.

low-key just wanted everyone to breathe in and think about this, and to make sure y'all use this for your everyday life. not only when working or whatever... just as a way to take life, does that make sense? just guys, stop to think and to look around. do you treat people the way you want to be treated? other people have feelings, too.
