𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎  𝒕𝒉𝒆  𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆  𝒐𝒇  𝒕𝒉𝒆  𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒆𝒇  𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒆  … the  admin  team  has  been  observing  the  flow  of  things  across  the  group,  and  we’re  incredibly  grateful  for  how  much  life,  creativity,  and  connection  everyone has  brought  to  azure  isle  so  far.  as  we  continue  shaping  the  experience  here,  we’ve  made  a  few  important  updates  to  how  things  will  be  managed  moving  forward  —  all  designed  with  sustainability,  ease,  and  your  wellbeing  in  mind.

please  read  through  the  updates  carefully,  as  they  will  affect  how  activity  and  membership  are  handled  from  here  on  out.  additionally,  we  kindly  ask  all  members  to  revisit  the  rules  page,  as  a few  adjustments  and  clarifications  have  been  made  there  as  well.  these  changes  reflect  our  shared  goal  of  maintaining  a  relaxed,  immersive  environment,  while  still  honoring  the  standards  that  brought  us  here.

✦  𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗬  𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞𝗦:  𝗡𝗢𝗪  𝗔𝗦-𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗗.  rather  than  adhering  to  rigid  check-in  schedules,  activity  checks  will  now  be  done  only  when  necessary.  this  doesn’t  mean  we’re  getting  rid  of  them,  it  simply  means  we  trust  our  members  to  engage  at  their  own  pace.  if  activity  noticeably  dips  or  there's  prolonged  silence  from  multiple  members,  that’s  when  a  check  will  be  initiated. 

this  shift  is  meant  reduce  pressure  and  help avoid  burnout.  we  understand  how  busy  life  can  get,  and  we  want  azure  to  remain a space of creativity and calm. our  hope  is  that  this  flexible  structure  allows  everyone  to  enjoy  the  group  in  a  way  that  fits  their  own  rhythm.

✦  𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗟𝗬  𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗬  𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬  𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗟𝗟  𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗦.  in  the  event  an  activity  check  is  initiated,  our  original  one-week  inactivity  rule will still be in place.  if  a  member  has  gone  more  than  seven  days  without  any  in-character  activity  (threads,  starters,  etc.),  they  will  be  removed.  this  ensures  that  the  group  remains  alive  with  consistent  engagement  while  still  offering  flexibility.

✦  𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚  𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗦.  with  the  shift  in  how  we  approach  activity,  acceptances  will  now  be  done  on  a  rolling  basis.  this  means  applications  may  be  reviewed  and  accepted  outside  of  the  usual  friday  window.  however,  please  note  that  the  admin  team  will  continue  to  uphold the group's standards,  as  rolling  does  not  mean  rushed.  we  still  reserve  the  right  to  accept  only  the  muses  we  feel  are  a  good  fit  for  the  setting  and  tone  of  azure  isle.

✦  𝗛𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗦  𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦.  we  deeply  understand  that  life  happens  —  and that  mental  health,  rest and real-life responsibilities  come  first,  and  we’re  always  happy  to  accommodate  hiatus  requests.  that  said,  in  the  interest  of  keeping  communication  clear  and  fair  to  all  members,  we  ask  the  following :

once  a  hiatus  ends,  please  check  in  within  24  hours.

if  no  in-character  activity  is  posted  within  48  hours  of  your  hiatus  ending,  your  spot  will  be  reopened.

this  is  not  meant to  pressure anyone,  this is  simply  a  way  for  the  team  to  confirm  you're  still  with  us  and  planning  to  rejoin  the  flow.  a  little  reassurance  goes  a  long  way !

✦  𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥  𝗖𝗔𝗣  𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗧  𝗧𝗢  𝟮𝟬.  to  preserve  azure’s  sense  of  intimacy  and  connection,  we’ve  returned  the  member  cap  back  down  to  twenty,  as  originally  intended.  this  size  allows  us  to  ensure  everyone  has  room  to  be  seen,  build  deeper character ties,  and  remain  engaged  in  this little  world  we're  all  building  together.  we admins  always valued quality  over  quantity,  and  this  adjustment  supports  that  vision.

hellooo !! is this group welcoming to non-kpop fcs ? i'd love to apply but i've had quite a few negative experiences w mostly kpop fc groups bubbling with other kpop fcs

we  are  most  definitely  welcoming  to  non-kpop  fcs  —  in  fact,  i  wouldn't  consider  us  a  mostly  kpop  rp  at  all, considering out of our current 29 muses, only 11 are from the kpop industry  !  long story short, i'm  super  proud  to  say  that  our  members  are  welcoming  to  every  muse,  no  matter  their  fc  !

no  worries  !  we  don't  have  a  set  list  because  we'd  prefer  potential  applicants  to  come  to  us  privately  with  what  fc  they're  looking  to  use  so  we  can  discuss  amongst  ourselves  as  admins  and  with  our  members  if  it's  someone  everyone  is  comfortable  having  around.  we  do  ask,  of  course,  that  you  use  your  best  judgement  before  coming  to  us  —  consider  what  reasons  anyone  may  have  to  not  be  comfortable  around  the  fc  and  go  from  there.

i just came across this blog and i am obsessed! would the admins want to see more of employees or guests? and what ages would you like some apps for?

i'm  always  going  to  say  that  i  want  to  see  more  employees !  especially  now  that  we've  recently  opened  a  new  amenity  —  écuries  d'azur,  perfect  for  everyone's  inner  horse  girl.  we're  looking  for  riding  instructors,  a  stablemaster,  a  guest  riding  host  and  more !  as  for  ages,  i'd  personally  like  to  see  more  muses  in  their  thirties  with  more  experience  under  their  belts,  whether  it  pertains  to  job  experience  or  life  experience.
