Same-sex Kisses in Classic Films
Romantic and sexual kisses between people of the same sex really didn’t exist in classic film with the only example I can find being Mädchen in Uniform. Women typically kissed in classic films as a sign of friendship or if they were family while men kissed for comedic effect or before death.
